We had a great experience with HomeDefence Wildlife Solutions for bat removal in Kennesaw, GA. We discovered bats guano (poop) outside our home and found them in our attic gable vent. Fortunately, HomeDefence Wildlife Solutions came out the same day (Saturday) to start correcting the issue. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the bat removal and exclusion process. Communication was great throughout the process, and everything was handled professionally. Anderson is amazing! He first helped us with a squirrel in the attic of my mother-in laws home in Acworth that we were in the middle of selling and did a fantastic job. The technician I reached out to at Home Defense was very patient in answering my questions. I wasn't able to use them because they are outside of my service area. However, I would definitely recommend this company based on their professionalism. The technician I spoke to several times could have easily stopped communicating with me, since he doesn't service my area. However, he still tried to help me, by giving me a great advice on navigating my raccoon issue. For these reasons, I highly recommend this company!

We had Racoons in our attic and picked them because they’re a small local company. These people are professional, courteous, respectful, friendly and show up on time. They know what they’re doing. I would recommend them to anyone. Hopefully, we’ll never have to deal with this again but if we do, they’ll be our first choice. Two thumbs up!

(We had an issue with moles ripping our new pool liner.) He also is committed to what he does and willing to come back if there are any issues that come up.
