We have had our Yates technician Anthony Shuman for 8 years and love the service we receive from the Rincon Yates team. If we have issues after he sprays we can just call and he takes care of it. he goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy. He’s become more of a friend than technician.

I had Yates-Astro come out after I thought I had found signs of termites, and I was very impressed with the service. The technician Joseph Biggers did a very thorough inspection and took the time to check everything carefully instead of rushing through it. He was extremely polite, professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions. He also explained what he was looking for and gave me peace of mind about the situation. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into making sure everything was checked properly. Great customer service, and I would definitely recommend Yates-Astro to anyone needing a termite inspection or pest control service.
