Atlas has been a great change of service for our home. As a company their customer service is amazing. What they provide goes above and beyond the previous services we had. Each service member that has been the serviceman for our home since switching to Atlas have been incredibly professional and pleasant to work with. They are great at communicating the days/times they’ll be here and does a great job each time. We’re looking forward to have them work with us going forward!!!

Scheduled for pest control - the individual lasted maybe 15 minutes! I asked him to let me know when he was ready to come inside and I would put the dogs outside but when I went to find him he was gone! 119.00 for a quick squirt outside!

These folks can keep rescheduling and moving dates, but when you are not satisfied, they want to charge you for being unsatisfied with their service. Landon, do better or you will go out of business.

While i do not have proof. Both my outdoor cat and dog died within 3 weeks of each other with the same reasons - toxins - Kidney disease. Idk what's in the spray thats all over my yard but I guarantee you they would both be here if I hadn't been spraying my house and yard the past 3 years. Be aware pet owners.

this individual "Landon " from Atlas pest control randomly came to my home doorstep uninvited harassing my family , stating that our neighbors were tired and complaing about my house being riddled with ants, bugs and other pests. talking very rude and offensive about our home just to intimidate us into using this company services out of fear i guess.... this is not only invasive but also highly unprofessional... obviously he doesnt knows that me and my neighbors are like family and everything he said was nothing but made up lies to try to sell his services in the name of this company....i told to my neighbors about this incident and they are also going to stop using this company services as well

Solicitors are in the neighborhood everyother week despite being a no solicitation community. If I'm ever in the market to change my current maintenance program, I'll never use atlas since they don't care to respect basic rules.

I feel robbed. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Atlas Pest Control. Landon signed me up and everything initially sounded great. However, they never showed up to provide the service they promised. I tried reaching out to cancel since no service was done, but instead of resolving the issue, they charged me a cancellation fee that amounted to more than half a year’s worth of service AND they charged me for the service that was not provided. I feel completely taken advantage of. I expected professionalism and integrity, but unfortunately, I got neither. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Haven’t been to the house in two months. My husband text them to cancel for a month. The wife answers to lie and say because my husband didn’t respond in two days they just took the payment. Mind you they haven’t been put in two months. No one answer the phone. Horrible people no upper management. Both numbers you call them it’s no answer just terrible

Will not recommend to anyone. In the beginning it starts out alright, the technicians are understandable and flexible with certain hours and communicate well, but as the months go on its like they just stop including the company itself. Now I forger just like anyone else and bringe able to text the techs or be called that 'hey I'm on the way' helped alot until they flat out stopped and I'd just have a show up to my house. And there is no consistent schedule after the first couple of months, they just show up when they feel like it and take a payment from you, even if you try to reachedule or type no for the text they send you. I spent an entire day trying to get a hold of them for a technician that showed up before even their open hours. At 8 at our house when they open at nine, imagine my confusion and how startled I was considering I work nights and my husband had just gone to work, so have to do the service certain days. No answer after each call and then they started hanging up on me. So the contact cut in half. After this point of dealing with this I've done and they send ANOTHER TECH out which was the only way I was able to communicate that I DID NOT WANT THE SERVICE ANYMORE. Finally after days of trying to contact this company I get a text talking about how I had a last service or I'd have to pay the 240 dollar fee. I said that be fine to do a last service and wrap it up. They never showed back out and instead just issued me a cancelation. Days later they take that payment when they felt like. Don't recommended at all and did not have a good experience with atlas.

After spraying the property and leaving, we left home. the technician returned to the property and used the water hose for his tank on his truck. he was asked by my brother not to use it as it would cause the well to go down. he did it anyway and crashed our well. now we are having problems with the well. please cancel the contract. I would prefer not to have any of your personel back on my property again.

Josh came to our door at around 6:00 PM. We were having dinner. I told him that and also my husband had recently gotten home from the hospital. He persisted with his sales pitch. He complimented me on my glasses and my shoes during his pitch and I told him he was full of you know what. He said I was funny and kept going. Asked for a pamphlet about Atlas and other information but he didn't have that. Asked for his card. He didn't have that. He just kept pushing for the sale. Atlas may be a terrific company but this way to get business is appalling.

Josh came by and although I have to give him credit for his sales pitch and friendly demeanor it quickly turned too forceful and aggravating. You don't ask a homeowner what do they do for a living to be able to afford "such a nice big house." That is rude, unprofessional and none of your concern. I get the sales pitch, I've been in sales but you need to tone it down 10 notches. He's consistent in wanting your business and giving him a shot and will repeatedly give you discounts so it's hard for you to say no. Regardless of all this I Almost still went with it but drew the final straw when he lied and said there was no obligation in staying with them after the initial treatment. So as I proceeded with payment it wasn't until AFTER the fact he stated if I canceled before their 6 treatments (one year) we would be charged. That's not okay. I should have like my other neighbors kindly closed the door in his face. Lesson learned.
