Cameron is great! Super happy with the service. I wanted to make sure no bugs or spiders get inside, so I added interior treatment along with the exterior. He was thorough and respectful of my home. Definitely gives me peace of mind!

Malik did outdoor and indoor pest treatments at my house today. First, he sprayed outside including inside my garage and screened porch. Next, Malik came inside and I showed him my problem areas. He did a thorough job which will keep the insects out of my house. Malik did a great job, and I recommend Anthem 100%.

I would say they did a great job, but I have no idea what they were spraying for. A report of what they found would be nice. Update: I really wish I knew they were coming today - I have seen wasps/bees inside the house so wondering if they are building nests somewhere on the house.
This company is a crook. My husband started a contract with them in July 2024, and terminated it in July 2025. All pest control services have stopped, but we are still being billed by Anthem. Getting through to them via telephone is laughable. As some numbers are disconnected and when one rings no one answers.
Fraud of a company, they have you sign with the misleading that you can cancel, they go out to do nothing close to whats on the invoice. Once they have your banking information they will charge you. Its a fraudulent company and I will let everyone know. Stick to someone else.
They’re a horrible service if I can even call it that. On the last general appointment I had with them a couple days ago, the technician, Michael Marc, came to my property and parked in my driveway, got out and put a stick with a warning label in my lawn as if it were treated, then sat in his truck for about 15 minutes, then left without doing anything. He thought nobody was home because he rang the bell but we didn’t answer it. I was watching out the window to see what was being done since I’m never here during service and it was a good thing I saw the fraud they do. I called to complain about it because they charged me for not doing anything that was in the invoice and the lady thought I was being disrespectful because of my tone, and put me hold to talk to a manager to only come back and said they were cancelling my service and giving me a refund. I guess that’s their way of addressing fraudulent service when the customer complains. If any of y’all have this service I’d strongly recommend being home and supervise to make sure the technician does what they’re supposed to do.
Consumer Warning – Be Very Careful With This Anthem Pest Control Company This company uses misleading door-to-door sales tactics and unfair contracts. The salesperson pressured me to sign without clearly explaining that the contract has a mandatory term and that canceling early results in penalties. This was never properly disclosed. If you are using another pest control company, they will tell you they can help you cancel and switch — this is not true. Once you sign, you are locked into the contract. Service quality is inconsistent, and some technicians are rushed and careless, yet full charges still apply. When I contacted customer service about overcharging and deceptive sales practices, their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. They refused to cancel the contract or refund overcharged amounts. Do not trust their high Google ratings. After each service, they repeatedly pressure customers to leave 5-star reviews, and technicians receive extra pay for those reviews. Meanwhile, this company has a 1-star rating on the BBB with many similar complaints. Read the contract carefully and do not rely on verbal promises.
We are extremely unhappy with Anthem Pest Control’s service. During the sales process, we were clearly told that mosquito treatment would be provided all year long, and that this was what set them apart from other pest control companies. After signing up, we found out that this was not true. There has been no consistent mosquito treatment as promised. Instead, the only service performed has been a basic cobweb sweep around the house. We feel misled by the sales pitch and disappointed by the lack of transparency. I am not paying $109 for someone to come by and simply swipe for cobwebs. That is not the service that was sold to us. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.
They push their termite control service by focusing on discounts and special deals, but be very careful — the contract includes a $497 fee for removing the termite stations, and their agent will not mention this. I would not recommend using Anthem for termite services. They bill $39 per month for 12 months, even though no actual service is performed during that time. When I tried to cancel after a year, they informed me that the policy cannot be canceled until the $497 removal fee is paid — a charge I unknowingly agreed to because it was hidden in the contract and never explained by the agent, who rushed me to sign. This is misleading and a scam. Please read every detail of the contract and check reviews so you don’t get caught by the same tactic.
Horrible business. I had to sell my house unexpectedly due to financial hardship and they still wouldn't let me out of the contract, and now are sending collections after me, for services they would have done. Sure, their contract says they can do that, but other businesses have better practices for customers who experience this. I think it's disgusting to try and shake down someone's last dollar who has already lost their home to pay for services they can no longer afford. Oh and the cancellation process itself is a real pain. Good luck reaching someone when you want to cancel.
AVOID AT ALL COST! They told us we would see it get worse before it gets better, that we would really see a difference after the second treatment, but when they came out for the second treatment, the guy was only here for five minutes! We did a walk around after he left and he didn’t do anything they said he was going to do. We called our sales rep a few minutes after the guy left and after a bunch of back and forth they were going to reschedule a FREE spray. They never called so after a few weeks we called again and again it was a bunch of back and forth and putting us off. This went on and on then they called to set up our next quarterly and we said NO they still haven’t scheduled the “re-spray” then they just sent a guy out here to spray. We stopped him and spoke with him and his office manager. Both said we were not going to get charged for that spray. THAT WAS ANOTHER LIE! They told my wife they would even do an “advanced spider treatment” 🤔 whatever that is supposed to mean. There is a lot I’m leaving out because it has been a complete runaround with these guys and too much. If zero ⭐️ was an option that’s what they would get from me
HORRIBLE SERVICE! He came and barely did the outside of the house. He didn't do a lot of spot cleaning. We still have lots insects outside and inside the house. $120 for nothing! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. We called the company and the woman who answered the phone was super rude, uninterested in resolving the situation and even hung up on my husband. HORRIBLE COMPANY! DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

This company is a complete rip off. The salesperson didn't explain you can't cancel your program you signed up for without these clowns trying to charge you $212. Then they Force you to schedule an appointment you don't want, after 3 attempts, or they will charge you the $212. The customer, in this great country, America, can't choose when they want to this ridiculous company to come out to your home on your property without paying the $212 penalty. In other words you're stuck with this unethical POS company. Then to make things worse, the first trip out to my home to remove warps from the front of my home, the guy they sent didn't even have a ladder. He also didn't clean up the dead warps from the front of my home. I had to sweep them up myself. What a worthless POS company. I'm canceling my credit card and reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorneys office. This company has a 1 star review on the Better Business Bureau website, so how in the world do they this 4.7 review rating on Google. These reviews must be fake?
