Top Dawg is hands down the best termite control service we’ve ever used. Everyone there is friendly, responsive, and truly great to work with. We had a termite issue without coverage, and the owner personally came out within 24 hours to inspect the damage, explain everything clearly, and provide a plan and pricing. That level of service alone was impressive. Even better, he scheduled the work for the very next day. The job was done professionally—clean, organized, and very thorough. They treated the issue and installed bait stations with great attention to detail. If you need pest or termite control, I highly recommend Top Dawg. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere—they really are the best.

Highly recommend Top Dog for pest control! Colten came out to remove a hornet nest from our property last month and it was quick and easy. Since we had occasional summertime issues indoors with ants, roaches, etc., we are now on their quarterly exterior treatment plan, which is very affordable. With a small child and 3 pets in our home, it's important to us to have effective pest control while still bring mindful of harsh chemicals - which they do not use. So far so good, and Colten assured me they will be "on-call" should any pest issues pop up in between quarterly treatments. I am really happy with their service thus far and would recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with TopDog Pest! We were looking to purchase an older home and had them come out to perform a termite inspection. Colton was extremely knowledgeable and gave us confidence in moving forward with the purchase. After we closed, we called them back out to provide termite control service. Colton and another team member showed up on time and were extremely efficient in installing the system. They were very thorough and we appreciated their professionalism. Colton also followed a few weeks later to check in on us to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

John has been to my house two times now. The first time he made me very uncomfortable talking about firearms and if I had protection which made me uneasy and even made notice that I was home alone. Asking where my husband was and why I was by myself. The second time was today, and he showed up and very blatantly is high from weed. He reeked, I mean REEKED of weed and his eyes were very red. Also within the two first minutes of our conversation, he starts talking about guns and his military experience with snipers. I made an excuse to go back inside because he keeps making me uncomfortable. Just thought the company should know he might be smoking on company time and makes women home alone with her child feel uncomfortable. My rating is a reflection of my experience with my technician. The company itself has always done a great job.

From the first call to set up a termite inspection it was a headache. I was told that tech woth be there 2 days later and would call me on the way and never called and never showed. I called on day of appointment and was told the tech would call me and still haven’t heard a word. Very unprofessional and rude. Watch out if and be cautious if you call this company because they will not follow thru at all with what they say they will do.

When you are watching they’ll do good job. But if you are not watching or don’t have cameras then they will do almost nothing and leave and then next thing you see is bugs coming in from all entrances and in garage. After pest control service such thing has never happened before. Not good.
