Not recommended at all. Experienced the worst behavior/practice a business could have… Had the first encounter with a company’s representative (nice guy overall). Explained everything in such an easy way and very practical approach for what we were needing at that time. Decided to proceed with their services and work they suggested. When we called the office to request what we needed from the beginning, which it was a “termite clearance letter”, the lady told us that they need it to do another inspection… Now, watch this… they had just performed the work they suggested and had charged us for”…The lady over the phone said it was an owner decision and she couldn’t do anything about it. They just had to go back for another inspection before we could have our letter… The day of the inspection, an old guy showed up to do “the inspection” and came with a whole different story of what we were told at the beginning by the “sales guy”. He started bringing up “issues” that weren’t “issues before. Long story short… The old guy who showed up at the end to do the inspection was the owner of the company. The guy that we spoke with at the beginning ended up being his son. And the words of the owner were: It’s my company, I do whatever I want to, and the guy you negotiated with at the beginning, is my son, and he has no power to go over anything I say or do. Those were his words! Therefore, I would recommend you go with a bigger company and or a company with principals who honors the people the decide to hire. At the end of the day, they are an extension of the company. As costumers we are obviously making a deal with the company, not with an specific individual. We don’t care who is who!!! If the company as a whole is not on the same page, you end up in scenarios like this one. Now, if they would have been clearer and more transparent from the beginning of how things were going to play out throughout the process, it would have been a whole different story. Cause we then would have had the chance to choose wisely based on the facts being offered. But, we were not given that opportunity!

Thank you to Blake for the quick, easy and affordable solution to our pest problem. Within a week of our initial call, we had everything fixed. Blake was knowledgeable and got things done!

I don't know his name is a white gentleman with a goatee and a baseball cap. I rent from Arnold properties here in Monroe. He sprayed my apartment down on 02/21/25. I have three dogs one is a guard dog who will protect his home at all cost. I left notes on my front door for him to read the notes by the bedrooms not to go into the bedrooms. I have security cameras as well. And when I got home I reviewed the security cameras I just want to say a big thumbs up and give you five stars he took the time to read those notes. I haven't had another pest control company come out and actually take the time to read those notes for their safety and my dog safety. But this gentleman took the time to read my notes about not to enter the bedrooms with the dogs so again a big double thumbs up to Andrew's pest control for this gentleman he took his time out of his work schedule to read my notes about my dogs.

Can’t say enough good things about Blake and his team. We called, they listened, they made suggestions and completed work as promised. The encapsulation has made a huge difference in our peace of mind and electric bill. From initial phone call to follow up 2 years later, everyone has been wonderful. We are changing our pest control to them as well. Thank you!

We’ve been using Andrew’s Pest Control for going on 4 years now, and have not been let down. Lee has been our technician for that entire time, and has always done an awesome job both keeping things out and away from the house, and giving me advice on taking care of the issues we had with bugs (ants specifically) when we first moved in. It’s also a great feeling to trust a technician to do a great job, without needing to watch every over his shoulder. We wouldn’t have the bug free home we do without Lee helping us out. I’ve recommended Andrew’s to everyone experiencing issues in my area, and always appreciate the ease of scheduling, payment, and NEVER being pressured for “extra services” by Lee or any of the Andrew’s staff. We opted to do termite protection as well, and Lee always does a quick spot check just to give us a peace of mind. 10/10 recommend, and 5-stars is the right rating.

They came out to my home and wow , everything is dead ! I do their recommended steps for maintenance and they come out once a month. Ronaldo has been my tech and I apologize if I misspelled , he does skimp and he hits all the points and more . They are fantastic !

I had to renew my termite control. They did the treatment okay but did not even attempt to rebury any of the wires they uncovered and did not put things back the way they found them, just left them for me to possibly trip over. They let the 70-year-old lady put things back. I'm very disappointed in them.

Professional & reliable service!

Concerned about the vents on my house, I called Andrews on the recommendation of my son and received an immediate response to set up a call at my home. Blake arrived as scheduled, did a thorough check of my crawl space and found no pest intrusion. To prevent future concerns, he installed new wire mesh covers and sealed all cracks around the vents and crawl space door. Blake was courteous, professional and completed the job quickly for a very reasonable price. I, along with my son, now recommend Andrews.

Andrews is a family business that genuinely cares about its customers as if they are a member of the family. From my initial phone call to the termite treatment/inspection, I was treated with respect, courtesy, professionalism, and timeliness. Blake called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival so I didn’t miss work waiting at home. The bottom line….this company has Christian and ethical values. They really CARE about people and pride themselves on a job well done and exemplary customer service.

Blake’s guys at Andrews Termite & Pest Control did a great job on my crawlspace. The old plastic vapor barrier was very old and torn. The new white barrier is a much better quality and the crawlspace is fully covered and has a great look. Thanks again Blake! 👍

Andrews has provided my termite protection for years. Today, I had them wipe out a gigantic hornet nest. One call and it was gone. It was eye level, close to the street where people walk and where I cut grass. That could have been a very bad situation. Excellent service from a long time reliable company. Blake, the hornet killer, knows what he is doing.
