Lots of options, very helpful staff

EDIT AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE: If there was a "misunderstanding" as you put it, then why did you decide to keep part of our refund? That is what untrustworthy businesses do! We had a big ant problem so I stopped by to see what they have. I specifically mentioned that ants are on our plants & that we also have 2 beehives. She sold me a product that would've lasted "10 years" & said it would be fine to use. Well there's a big paragraph right on the label that specifically states that it is very harmful to bees & should not be used in areas where bees forage. Considering that bees forage up to 5 miles away, this clearly isn't going to work. So we go to take back the wrong product that they recommended (bought Thursday, returned Tuesday) & they decided to keep part of our money as a pathetic "restocking fee". One of our employees took the item back & was harassed about exchanging for another product. According to our employee they did not want to take no for an answer, so I assume the restocking fee is their way of punishing us for just wanting a refund. There are a lot of other pest control options out there. I highly suggest buying from someone else. This company has lost its way & no longer provides the outstanding customer service that we received from them in years past

When you are serious about getting rid of bugs and pests, you shop here. Prices are relative. If you prefer getting watered-down products, then don't shop here. You get what you pay for. One time, with the right product, will solve your problems.

Very knowledge, excellent products for exactly what you need. Should you ever have any problems with any insect lol for them. I've used them for years.

Bought 2 sprayers on Amazon. 1 came broken. I asked for a replacement and instead I got a letter from u spray asking me whats wrong with the sprayer. Well I should have read reviews. Lesson learned

been going to the this store for 25 years great service. Last 2 times these 2 young ladies left me standing at the door for minutes while they did nothing. I'll buy from somewhere else online. Thanks for what I learned in the past

Prices on Amazon are cheaper. Also, the store's website is not user friendly.
