Adams exterminating is the best, our exterminator (Kelvin)is not only friendly, but very professional and we have no problems with any type bugs. But he always tells us to call him if there are any problems in between the time he comes back. If you need a bug free home call Adam's they will take care of it.

I would have liked to be notified when service is scheduled. Serviceman must have hit his head or something, he was cussing up a storm. He was friendly and I'm guessing he didn't think I could hear him.

Sprayed outside of home without my knowledge and then charged me for the service. I was never even asked if I wanted this service performed. This has never happened to me the entire time we had service with the previous owners. The prices for services also have gone up substantially, I don’t disagree with pricing going up BUT not as much as they did.

Good Morning! It looks we spoke to Mrs. York twice last week regarding the scheduled pest control service, but the key was not left out for our technician, so he could not service the inside. I think you spoke to our team yesterday, and y’all will call us when we can access the inside of the home, so we can come back and get that treated. For the pricing, it looks like the pest control price has been increased once since 2012. We definitely do not want to increase our prices for our customers, but due to costs going up substantially in the past few years, we unfortunately had to do so, thus raising your price 12%. Kevin Adams is, by far, one of the most courteous and kind men I have ever dealt with for home service. He always sends a text the day before he comes out to provide service and he does his job beautifully. I live in the country and must have bait stations to control rodents. Since Adams began my service many years ago, I haven't seen a single mouse. And Kevin always leaves me sticky traps for any indoor bugs. Adams Exterminators is who you should call for any of your pest concerns!

We apologize for him putting your linens on the floor. He had to strip the bed in order to do a thorough inspection, but he should have placed the linens back on the bed when he concluded the inspection. We are sorry about this!

The entire experience has been exceptional. When I first called, someone got back to me very quickly. We spoke about my concerns, there was a site visit. Technician arrived a little before our scheduled appointment and was very courteous. He proposed a plan of treatment, and explained why we were having concerns. All communication has been timely and efficient. Service was excellent.
