Sprayed outside of home without my knowledge and then charged me for the service. I was never even asked if I wanted this service performed. This has never happened to me the entire time we had service with the previous owners. The prices for services also have gone up substantially, I don’t disagree with pricing going up BUT not as much as they did.

Kevin Adams is, by far, one of the most courteous and kind men I have ever dealt with for home service. He always sends a text the day before he comes out to provide service and he does his job beautifully. I live in the country and must have bait stations to control rodents. Since Adams began my service many years ago, I haven't seen a single mouse. And Kevin always leaves me sticky traps for any indoor bugs. Adams Exterminators is who you should call for any of your pest concerns!

The entire experience has been exceptional. When I first called, someone got back to me very quickly. We spoke about my concerns, there was a site visit. Technician arrived a little before our scheduled appointment and was very courteous. He proposed a plan of treatment, and explained why we were having concerns. All communication has been timely and efficient. Service was excellent.
