They came again today… If your not home to watch them or have cameras to actually watch them they’re not going to do exactly what you pay for. So I most definitely don’t recommend them at all!!! There has been times I would have to say something in order for them to do the right thing and I shouldn’t have to monitor them to get what I pay for!!! Then he must had another customer on my street because he backed all the way back out of my cameras view down the street into the neighborhood.

My family and I are happy with the services that Weed Man offers our lawn looks great and I would like to thank Nic for his help with other services that I needed to help with mosquitoes and ants. I appreciate you all

We recently started using Weed Man Lawn Care with the help of Adam Shultz. Adam was thorough and went over everything we needed to know regarding our lawn and the services provided. I must have called 5 different Lawn Care companies. Prices ranged drastically but no one seemed to actually want to help and some companies wouldn't even email a quote. When I spoke to William about my needs, he not only was knowledgable but he was helpful, patient, and trustworthy. If you have two kinds of grass do not use them. We have zoysia in the front and fescue in the back. They killed all my fescue and made my backyard worse than before I had them. My front with the zoysia looked good but I saw them spray both the front and back with the same hose. Again, they don’t know how to handle two types of grass so if you have that run away and don’t use them. We made weed man aware of this issue but they always said they would look into it and nothing was resolved. I still have my dead fescue that I’m trying to regrow.

Rob was a breath of fresh air in his introduction and explanation of the Services offered by Weed Man. I had contacted the Weedman Lawn after a door hanger had been left at my home and was skeptical to start a new service, as a result of bad past experiences with other companies, and after speaking to their representative Deanna Freeman, she had taken the time and was very helpful identifying the correct treatment for my lawn.

After a year+ of service, my lawn is still covered in weeds and the retreatments didn’t work. Canceled due to lack of results. Disappointed and would not recommend.

We are not off to a good start! I purchased the annual service on 7/17/25. I called today 8/1/25 to see when someone would be coming out. I was informed that someone came out on 7/29, but the service wasn’t completed because Tryvon documented that I asked to reschedule. I stated that I haven’t spoken to anyone. I was told that the system says that a text was sent. That also didn’t happen. Someone is scheduled to come out on 8/1/25, we’ll see how this goes...

I hired Weed Man almost a month ago. They promised to come out and start service within 7-10 days. They did not. I have been called multiple times to ask how my service has been, and I’ve told multiple agents I’ve yet to receive any service. I keep getting the run around and being told I’m in the schedule, but no one shows up. I’ve been told they “ran out of fertilizer and will have to come another day.” No one ever comes. I’m extremely disappointed and will be cancelling the service soon unless they make things right. Truly poor communication and lack of professionalism in their care for customers.

Terrible AND awful customer service!! Went back and forth with them for MONTHS about paying for a service they NEVER COMPLETED!!!! We provided pictures and security camera footage but they continued to threaten sending our bill to collections after numerous attempts to settle. Took over a month to even get in contact with management. Would give them less than 1 star if possible.

This is the absolute worst weed control company I have ever dealt with. After 3 treatments my weeds are worse than ever. I have one tech on camera sort of treating my front lawn he then turned around and walked down the street and hung door hangers on my neighbors' homes. Account manager Ron assured me if I gave them a second chance the weeds would be gone, and they have only gotten worse. When I called to cancel today, the rep asked me 7 times to reconsider claiming bad weather was the reason for the weeds, what a crock. The rep would not let me speak and kept talking over me. All of my neighbors have different companies, and the yards look amazing, no wonder nobody in my subdivision uses Weed Man. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAMMING COMPANY ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! UPDATE!!! Blake a Manager called me this morning very irrate about my review saying I lied about having the company for 3 years, my review clearly states 3 TREATMENTS, he kept insisting I said 3 years and he saw the pictures and my weeds were under control, a complete lie, I see the weeds in person every day, very unprofessional attitude from this guy just showing another reason to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

They improved my yard to near perfection. Great service! Very responsive to my concerns. Update: Moved to a new neighborhood and kept Weed Man, but they started applying unauthorized treatments $750 worth in the first 3 months of 2022. Customer service outsourced to India and no resolution. It's a shame they got greedy. I would have stayed with them for the foreseeable future. So keep a close eye on your billing. 1 star.

Don’t let these review on here fooling you they probably got discount for good reviews, i been with them 2 years and my lawn never look this bad before ever they keep charging extra service for whatever they could have done ,they will text you continuously if they need to charge you extra but when you canceling service they never respond , and the beginning of the year one of the representative said i can get a full refund if im not satisfy with their service which i am NOT then i called them and the manager said my lawn look good so they not refund me , and my lawn look worse then pictures i took , i have send them pictures before they out of control and the manager said my lawn look good after 2 years with weed everywhere very BAD service and they lies to their clients

My grass looks worse and weeds in back were beginning to spread. Worst "lawn care" service I've ever had.

Great day, everyone! I am highly upset with this company. Please do not waste your time with them. I would not recommend using them whatsoever. You literally have to micromanage everyone that comes out. No one is trustworthy and extremely lazy. I have cameras around my house and caught technicians a couple of times not spraying the yard as they suppose to and the results shows.

Scheduled but never sprayed. The tech came and we caught him on video looking at our grass and getting back into his vehicle. Our neighbor stated he saw the tech get out of his truck walking to our backyard and only spraying 1/4 of our lawn. One time they came on a day we had downpour rain and it washed everything away. The customer service was nice but after a while we couldn't take the weeds and continuing calls to customer service. This year we have gone with a different service and had way different positive experience.
