After trying multiple pest control services...most of which came with pushy sales tactics...I was left confused and frustrated about how to protect my beautiful backyard and front yard from pests. Thankfully, my brother-in-law recommended Progressive Pest Control, and I'm so glad he did! Their technician, Chris, was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly courteous. I had an appointment scheduled but got delayed picking up my child from school. Chris waited patiently in the area until I returned—something you don’t see often these days! The treatment was thorough, and Chris took the time to explain everything. He addressed every concern and handled the removal of spiders, wasps, fire ants, and more like a true pro. My outdoor spaces are now finally pest-free and enjoyable again. Highly recommend Progressive Pest Control to anyone looking for top-notch service without the pressure!

As loyal customers of 4yrs+ I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. We had our termite contract with them and they wanted to charge us $120+ for a termite letter, while we were getting ready to sell our house. I thought it was quite ridiculous as many other big companies do it for FREE. They’re also really good about calling to schedule services without disclosing pricing. Very disappointing.

Great service from staff and very affordable price! They will come out for no extra cost in between paid services to "top up" if you are having any pest issues. Highly recommend

Progressive Pest Control has been servicing my home for termites and general pest control for the last 4 years. They provide prompt, timely, and professional service and I highly recommend them.

Lisa at Progressive Pest Control is the best around! Professional, knowledgeable, responsive - a true pleasure to work with. I can't say enough wonderful things.

I do not recommend!!. I have been with this company for several years..more than 14. I was out of state for several years, and they worked with my elderly mother. After Lisa informed me that the bugs were basically my mother's fault because she kept canceling follow up appointments, I find that my mother never did that. Many times the company did not schedule a follow up bug spraying appointment with her. I do not know how Lisa translates, in her mind, what the technicians tell her about residences, but I do not appreciate her condescending, threatening manner. I do not pay to work with companies that treat their customers badly, lie about them, tell them they are doing everything in their power to treat the bug problem when they aren't and will only spray "hot spots" unless you specifically say no..I have seen bugs here and here and there too.

Do NOT recommend! I was a new customer and the product wasn’t working. They came out and sprayed in March a full service. In the end of April/beginning of May I was noticing bugs all over the main floor, when I called to have someone come back out and spray, Lisa told me they would only spray the hot spots. I told her the whole main floor was a hot spot, I was seeing bugs in every room. Then was told I needed to choose where I saw the most bugs and that’s where they would spray because they would not retreat the whole main floor. So they came out and treated the “hot spot”. Then I noticed a HUGE palmetto bug close to the ceiling in my bathroom close to end of May. I called, obviously upset, and Lisa proceeded to tell me that “oh that’s normal” and “they follow the water lines” and “we’ve had a lot of rain” and “it’s mating season” and “that’s how you know your product is up” pardon me!?! Normal!?! It is NOT normal to see a LIVING bug, leaving marks all over my wall, when I pay for a quarterly service!! And “that’s how you know your product is up”??? They came out about 3 weeks prior to me calling about this palmetto bug!! So fine....to my own fault, I gave them one more chance. I paid for them to come out and do a routine spray. 1 1/2 weeks post spray, I’m seeing countless millipedes, 2 more palmetto bugs, ear wigs.....all inside!!! I call, again upset, Lisa then proceeds to tell me that “those are outside bugs” (well no kidding!!! The ones I’m PAYING you to KILL) and “of course I’m seeing bugs I have to give the product 2 weeks to work.” Now I am BEYOND over the excuses. No matter what I said, she had some sort of reasoning for it, didn’t care what I had to say, didn’t want to hear me express my concerns. I asked for my money back for that last service. She told me the president would call me. That was on a Thursday morning. I called back that afternoon around 3/330 and asked when I would be hearing from the president and she said he had been in the field so I asked when he was expected back and she said “I don’t know, at his earliest Convenience”. Okay.....thanks. I never got a call Thursday, I let Friday go and never got a call, I was going to call Monday but when I got the mail on Monday I had refund check in the mail. Some will probably say that “there’s nothing you can do to make her happy” but what happened to BASIC customer service!? Why could I not get a phone call!? Why does the president of this company, not want to hear from his customers? Honestly, it’s just mind blowing to be talked to the way I was by Lisa, basically dismissed by her, and then I NEVER heard from the president. I will never use this company ever again and DO NOT recommend them. I’ve made sure to tell people I know not to use them and when people ask who a good pest company is I will continue to make sure to let people know the $7 a quarter savings is NOT worth it. Well worth the $28/year to go with a company who actually stands behind their product and cares about their customers.
