AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Purchased a groupon and booked an appointment with the company via phone that was also later confirmed by text. I took off time from work so I could be home in the scheduled window to meet them. No-call, no-show, and did not respond to any of my calls, voicemails, emails or texts until 5 days later, and that was only after I had put in a complaint to Groupon. Then they finally responded to me with an obviously BS excuse saying something along the lines of 'Sorry, we had you confused with another customer.'

Murry was GREAT. I called him today about a roach problem and he was here within a few hours. Same day service! Extremely nice and professional! He spent extra time in my attic and even went in my crawl space accessed outside in the pouring rain in order to set off a bomb. The price is cheaper than any I saw on groupon and I would much rather support smaller businesses when possible. He's going to come back every other month to insure my problem is resolved. Highly recommended!
