My experience exceeded all or any expectations I had . He was extremely thorough and for me as a first time homeowner it was very much needed and appreciated. I initially called him out for a fruit fly issue, he came treated the issue and explained everything and I haven’t seen a fruit fly since , and that was over a month ago . I highly recommend goldeneye !

Jermaine is very knowledgeable, affordable, he has great customer service and he is punctual. I originally contacted him because someone bought a roach in and I was devastated! It took him 1 visit and I never seen one again. I decided to hire him for quarterly visits because my house is prone to spiders & other bugs just being in the south and I’ve also decided to let him set me up for termite maintenance. It’s nothing Jermaine can not get rid of!!! I’m so glad I came across him!

I am such a sucker for great customer service yet I never buy on impulse. However, when I spoke with Jermaine, it was easy to agree to allow Goldeneye to handle my little pesky unwanted visitors. It's been almost 30 days since our first extermination and everything he promised has been delivered. From the beginning he was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough. I am overly satisfied with the results and very happy to do business with good people! This is the easiest five stars I've given.

I can't say enough about how friendly, respectful, intelligent and efficient Jermaine Barnes is every time he is at my home. I have been using this service for two months so far and have been nothing but pleased with every aspect of how he conducts business. My home stays pest free and ultimately, that is what we are all looking for with an exterminator, right? Besides doing a fantastic job he always wears booties when coming in my home, alway calls to schedule his visits around my busy life and always has the safety of myself, my family and my pets as a priority when he is here treating our property. If you are looking for a pest control company...I highly recommend you look no further.

Golden Eye Exterminator is an excellent pest control company. I found bed bugs for the first time IN MY LIFE in my daughter's bed. I was FREAKED OUT, to say the least. I called Golden Eye and Jermaine was incredibly reassuring and came that day! He came back multiple times and made sure to thoroughly exterminate each bed, bedroom, closet, floor, and living room. He did all this for one amazing SET price and I was so relieved he came out that very day! My scariest thought after finding bed bugs was that no exterminator was available right away so I was more than relieved after choosing this company! Now I use Golden Eye to exterminate the outside of my house and inside (if needed) monthly in which he is always ON TIME and PROFESSIONAL! I never saw another bed bug again and I am so happy I chose Golden Eye for my exterminating needs. 10 out of 10, I WOULD RECOMMEND!
