D&G has been our pest control for probably 10 years. They have always been very quick to help with all sorts of isolated pest problems, like scorpions, in addition to our regular service. I highly recommend D&G Pest Control and Booby Jacobs.

Bobby and his partner did a great job of treating my home for an infestation of bats. I described what I suspected and he was able to confirm before even visiting. The whole process took a couple of weeks but I am pleased with the outcome. He also called to check on the progress, reassuring me that they would be gone. My family and I named him Batman because he literally saved the day. Bobby was professional, friendly and he comforted me when I was freaking out about the thought of bats in my attic. I have not seen any bats in my neighborhood ever since.

Services were good in the beginning but the service started slacking. I owed for a service due to having to get a new debit card and he would blow my phone up after 8 pm at bars etc demanding i give him my card number. Umm no thank you, that was rude and very unprofessional I have voice mails still if tried to deny.

At D&G exterminating we strive to do our very best to satisfy our customers. But after 60 plus years we realize some people you cannot make happy no matter what you do. We want good customers ones that keep appointments and pay their bills when they are suppose to. Unfortunately that is not the kind of client you turned out to be. So with that being said I wish you all the very best.

They billed my parents like 4 times from 2021-2022 for services they never performed. My brother went there and spoke to them but nothing happened so he just paid the bill, but we checked my parents doorbell and they never came any of those days they had listed. They did it again this week, said they came on the 17th of November, I checked my parents doorbell again and they never showed up at all that whole day. I'm not sure if they're billing for services not performed but it's happened more than once to my family.

After checking our records we have done the termite service on this address since 2004. Your family has been our customer since then. We do a check every quarter for termite activity. No one has to be home and we do not call in advance to let anyone know we are coming such is the nature of termite bait system service. We leave a bill on the door every quarter and then your brother will come and pay it. We never had any issues with doing the same exact job for your parents as we do now. Please retract your post because it’s obvious that you are not in the loop somehow. Your house gets serviced every quarter we were just there Friday of last week and left your bill on the door the same we have since 2004. We would never take advantage of you or anyone else. We are a family business that has been around since 1958. For all these years we have protected people largest investment they have their home.<br>Thank you Bobby
