Not sure what’s up with them lately but I have to call after every treatment because we still have bugs. They have changed to quarterly treatments and not nearly as effective

A guy named Seth came and he was in and out in 60 seconds. He was in such a hurry. He was very short with me when I tried to ask questions. He was polite but didn’t explain anything and was not informative at all. Disappointed. I hope whatever he put out that quick, will actually work.

My experience has been with the Griffin Turf side of this company and I have worked with Lee. I've used several lawn care companies to spray for weeds and fertilize my yard over the past 7 years. In the 6 months that I've used Griffin Turf they have exceeded all others by leaps and bounds. First off, they do great work and you can tell that they take a lot of pride in doing so. In addition to that, they communicate very well as I always receive advance notice that they are coming out. Their prices are great for the quality of work and the customer service that you will receive.

The prises were extremely high. The guy that did the estimate guy was rude .

I would recommend Griffin Termite for any bug or bee related issues. I've had to get them out twice to remove Yellow jackets out of my backyard. Josh came this past time and took care of them as well as issued an initial spray for all bugs and set us up for quarterly applications. He was super nice and super professional. We also use Griffin Termite & pest for quarterly applications at our place of business. They provide good quality service and you'd be crazy not to call them for your needs.

The company billed my card without my permission. It was not a error. I wrote this 6 days ago and your company has billed my card again when I cancel the service you still send somebody out and bill me again. I have reported this as fraud to my bank. Trying to get free service for what. Let me listen to it say run my card twice. I cancel the service days before your tech was suppose to come out.

Bait and switch...claimed termites and was none...

The seller had a termite inspection done on three properties on Monday. Per the conversation with the Seller, he advised the technician that he would need the inspection certificate before Wednesday which is the closing date for the properties. The seller had to text the technician while at the attorney’s office to request the certificate. The closing appointment was at 11:00 am and it was after 1:00 pm, and we had not received the termite inspection certificate. This is poor customer service. My question, why was the certificate provided yesterday or why was a receipt provided by the technician?

The products they use just do not work. They are very friendly and on time, but I've had to call them out too many times. The bugs just don't respond at ALL to their formula. I've got to find a new company after allowing months of trial with this company. So sorry to have to switch.
