This company really knows what they are doing to get rid of and keep unwanted pests out of the house. They have a quick response time for emergencies, like with my issue with fleas a few months back. I paid my annual renewal fee 8 weeks ago, so I expected to get a call to schedule my inspection. Since I received no call, I had to call to schedule the inspection myself — if someone was not paying attention, they could easily pay the fee and never get the inspection done. When the inspector came today, he had not been given the ticket to also inspect the termite base stations at the same time. We've been using Active Pest Control for a couple of years now. I've been nothing but pleased with this company. Shannon, our usual pest service expert, has got to be, in my opinion, the nicest person in the world! His level of communication, knowledge and customer service is unmached in any service industry.
