Being new customers, Micheal Smith made sure he introduced himself to my husband and myself. We walked around the yard and he discussed what he would be doing for us and what we needed to do after he put down the spray on the yard. He was knowledgeable and very respectful to our concern's.

Company is getting too big. They used to care about their service but over the last year its just been going downhill, I have weeds EVERYWHERE!!! Tried to contact them and send them pictures, got 1 response 3 days later saying they would be out ASAP and haven't heard a thing. Will be canceling my service on Monday and finding someone else.

Always show up on time and knowledgeable about what my grass needs.

Matthews Turf Management visited today to treat our lawn. We are so pleased with their service for a multitude of reasons. Our lawn is only two years old, and with their great service, it is growing and thriving with each treatment! We like that they keep us on a schedule to treat our lawn at the optimal time, they are prompt and courteous, and they always send us an email listing what was done with each treatment! We could not be happier!

Not sure what has happened within the last year with this company, but the techs are very unprofessional. This is the way whoever came to spray today left my border. Furthermore, it is almost impossible to ever get anyone on the phone anytime I have a concern. Not to mention, I’ve had to call on 3 separate occasions this year to ask for a touch up, which the last two times, I was charged the regular amount for. What happened to the “courtesy touch up”? They’re either not spraying enough, or over spraying one area, which kills the grass. This is ridiculously frustrating, and I do not recommend this company to anyone!

After 6 yrs with previous company, I switched after seeing MTM signs in my neighborhood. I’m glad I did. After couple months, my lawn is returning to its initial top notch condition. Not quite there yet, but very hopeful.
