I'm not one to usually post my private issues but I got laid off January of last year. I finally have another job offer but waiting for my clearance and that's been a rough process. So I am still waiting to work. I have $29 to my name and everytime arrow calls about past due balances or services I feel like crap that I cant pay it but plan to the minute I am working. I’m not sure what’s going on with this company lately. I’ve been using them for almost 6-7 years. Lately, they’ve missed appointments, increased my bill without notice and now they’ve canceled my account saying “they couldn’t reach me.” Mind you, they have my email address and phone number. I've never left a review on a business before, but it's really frustrating for a place with almost five stars to not even acknowledge a request for service.
