Well the tech never showed up stated he was running behind-very understandable so I asked him if I needed to reschedule and he stated he didn’t do the scheduling ok fine so I asked if I could just keep the appointment then, that’s when I never received a response and he never showed. I haven't used their services. However, after calling all of the competitors in the area, it's good for people to be aware that this company at this point in time,seems to have the highest prices. They might be able to justify that because everyone needs pest control in the south. Or perhaps this company in particular has an edge, although that doesn't seem apparent. But their marketing is good, so that's possibly their edge; better marketing = higher rates...?
