We had NextGen Pest Solutions come out to our house in July 2023 to take care of a squirrel/rat problem in our attic. They were able to provide a quote over the phone and come out quickly to begin work. While this speed seemed like a good thing at the time, I now realize that, without an in-person inspection/quote, they were unable to identify/treat the whole problem. Update re: January 13, 2026 inspection. Nate contacted me while I was running errands to let me know he'd be performing an exterior only check on termite traps and any clue to their presence. He kept me informed and like his colleague, Isaiah, I could not ask for more courteous, professional, and excellent communicating folks to help me with this vital part of home maintenance. Friendly, prompt, efficient. Each provider I've encountered or greeted into my home has demonstrated these qualities.

Ruth L. is THE BEST! I called to inquire about services and pricing - she was very knowledgeable, extremely personable and just an outright gem! The technician that came to my home for a bat infestation name was Drew and he did a amazing job on removing, quality of finished product and customer service was top notch. Please I recommend Atlanta Wildlife Solutions to anyone with a nuisance wildlife issue you won’t be displeased. Spread the word!!!!!
