Very aggressive truck driver

I would not recommend this company for a termite letter for several reasons - especially if you are assigned Colin as your servicer. I ordered a termite letter for a vacant listed property with Supra access. (1) The initial scheduling call took nearly 30 minutes, with multiple transfers and requests for excessive information, including the buyer’s name and contact details. (2) Initial appointment was booked more than a week out as they were not available sooner. (3) During the call, they confirmed they had Supra access and were provided a CBS code, but on the day of the inspection, they said they were unable to use a Supra. I had to provide them with an alternative way to gain entry to the house. (4) After the failed visit, they did not prioritize returning to the property and instead pushed the reschedule out another week. (5) On the 2nd reschedule they said they could not access the community gate (which is left open during the day) but didn't even try to contact the listing agent to gain entry. (6) Again, pushed out the appointment by another week... Look somewhere else if you need timely service. Overall, the process was inefficient and caused unnecessary delays.

Very thankful for Christian R. and his service during our termite damage repair. He did a great job of keeping us in the loop, working hard on our behalf, and getting everything back in order! Thanks!

I have used Gilstrap since 2015. They always provide the great quality of service consistently. Everyone is so kind, courteous, gracious and professional. I now have a second home and called them to take care of my exterminating needs here as well. Jayson and the crew are incredible people. I was a little nervous about the merge with Northwest, but I haven't noticed any difference. The Gilstrap crew up in Dawsonville are outstanding!

Nick S is always super helpful and kind when it comes time for service. He always gives me a heads up when he’s on the way and answers all of the questions I have. Thanks Nick!!

Michael's performance was excellent. He is efficient and very thorough . He is patient with me, listens to my questions and answers me honestly. I have pets in my home and his is very considerate of them and their areas also ,which I very much appreciate. I trust Michael in my home and that means a lot. Amelia was so helpful answering my many questions today! She returned several of my calls and was always kind, patient, and extremely competent; while being professional yet compassionate to my sometimes lack of understanding the nuances of the forms. Amelia is a true gem and an asset to Gilstrap!

Nick did an outstanding job in treating our house. He demonstrated a wealth of knowledge, was thorough in his approach, and showed a unique level of care and understanding. He not only answered my questions and explained what he did, but he also explained why he did it the way he did, which is that extra care that gives me a lot of confidence that I have the right company looking after my home.

Cody T tackled a huge bald faced hornets nest for us. We haven’t had any issues since beginning services with Gilstrap. They provide us pest and termite services, but this hornets nest was a one-off. The best part about them is communicating every step of the way. I never have trouble reaching their office and the technicians reach out to me directly. Cody is very nice and has been out to our property a couple times already. Edit: Matt Fennimore from the Gilstrap office has been servicing our house more recently. Every time he comes, he is exceptional at communicating the timing of his arrival and very flexible to work around our schedule. He has gone above and beyond for our regular service interval every chance he gets. My wife and I don’t won’t him to ever leave his job because he always takes such good care of us.

We have been using Gilstrap for six years and are very happy with their excellent service. Our tech is Matt Fennimore, and we especially appreciate his response time and how we can text him with questions, etc anytime. I highly recommend Gilstrap.

Matt Fennimore has been our dude for months, and he is the consummate professional, arrives when he says he will, and represents the Gilstrap name as well as anyone could. Brian, our Gilstrap technician who takes care of my house, is awesome! He’s extremely knowledgeable and answers my questions when I have them. He’s very thorough and dependable. I know the job will always be done right. Also, when I am home when he treats and checks on my house, it is a treat because he is so kind, happy, and funny.

We are currently using Gilstrap Exterminating services at our cabin and really appreciate the work they are doing! Today Christian was out at the property and went above and beyond! I was so impressed with his communication and he even vacuumed some debris that fell when he was done on the roof/attic. This was NOT his responsibility but we very much appreciate it!!!
