Professional, prompt, and thorough. Kevin is an excellent exterminating tech and hope he services my house on my regular scheduled visits. This is a great company.

They will not respond back about a bill they sent which I paid but they say i owe more but will not return call to discuss. Have been calling for over a month now. Will not renew contract with them . I was with them for 17 years and this is how they act. I leave messages but they do not respond.

I had a pest problem after evicting a bad tenant, The roaches were really bad. I called Global Pest Management and a young man named Dylan came out. Dylan took his time with us and really explained to us about roaches and went from one end of the place to the other inside and out. Dylan didn't leave any place untreated, I was surprised at how he took care of our place as if it was his own. there are dead roaches all over the place, what ever he used to take care of them really worked. Global Pest Management is the best.

Discovered German cockroach infestation morning of move in day. Called two local control companies and Global responded first. Jonathan arrived that same afternoon and applied first treatment. Infestation of one year old house was so bad it required total of three treatments within 9 days, including moving of refrigerator, range and dishwasher for access to multiple nests. Global Pest Management earned a strong recommendation due to Jessica's and Jonathan's responsiveness and effectiveness eliminating the unhealthy infestation. No comment on the landlord.

I just started pest control service with this company. I've been very pleased. We had a problem with ants inside the house and haven't seen them since Global Pest visited. Everyone there has been super nice and their rates are very reasonable. Much less expensive than Orkin and some of the national chains.
