Outstanding, professional, quick responses, incredibly informative, detailed and expert level education, truly such a blessing we found in these guys. Local business supporting a local community.... The kindest people. Such an honor to do business with them. We had a yellow jacket nest inside an external wall and they came out the same day and took care of it which was so important because my dog caught a face full of yellow jackets and then I got stung...evidently I'm highly sensitive to them so safety was a priority for us and they nailed it. Even in their invoice they send a list of chemicals that were used so you can cross-check anything. Amber is so considerate and thorough from the initial phone call all the way through Andrew being unbelievably professional and knowledgeable... even made the comment of ensuring that he would close the gate when he left without even being asked (dog safety). Wish I could give them more then a 10/10. Stellar job, guys.

My dog and I were playing in the yard and all of sudden my poor baby was swarmed by yellow jackets. My husband also was attacked trying to help. It was an overwhelming event, but in the end all safe. A few days later I knew I needed to to call for help, I called Grace Valley. Not only were they able to come out that day to give me a quote, Andrew was able treat the nests and remove them. He was so kind and helpful! I hope I don't need him in the future BUT if I do, I know I found our reliable pest guy!! Thank you Andrew for all your help!

Grace Valley Pest Control was a life savor for me. I called them when I saw carpenter bees wreaking havoc on my log cabin and they immediately made my stress levels reduced with easy scheduling and great friendly communication on the phone. Andrew and Matt thoroughly inspected the exterior of the home and were able to accommodate what I needed. They scheduled everything to be done and a few days later showed up promptly to eliminate several carpenter bees. They both are super friendly, professional and explained eveything that they were administrating. After they left there were none and I repeat none carpenter bees to be seen again! These guys are the best! Thank you so much!!
