Working with Mark to get setup at my new house in Loganville - thankfully the service here also as they did/do the house in Johns creek for the last 15 years. Its the first Spring, sod is still setting but already the old weeds are dead and with the insect treatment - expect this to be as good as their work for the last 15. P.s. your new tech Carlos is pretty awesome. I can ask a ton of questions and hes been patient and knowledgeable. Edit: Carlos is not new. Just new to me.

Weedpro serviced my new lawn after I telling them it’s less than a month old, they still used fertilizer and weed killers now they killed my lawn completely and avoiding any responsibilities, not even compensating me for replacing the sod which I paid $5000 for. The manager Tristan came out and blame this on me not watering (which I had been doing) and my soil not good… my new sod was growing amazingly before they serviced it!!! Refer to the before and after. He was also rude to me shouting and yelling at me over the phone. I’m taking legal actions, if you have been affected by them free feel to share your experiences too. Dishonest company and terrible customer services!

Twice in the past 6 months we had to ask the Weed Pro guy to redo their service. Two minutes on a front/back lawns is not what I expect for $60. Sorry Jay but I warned you the first time about it, only to get burned again 3 months later. I am not in the baby-sitting business so I suggest Weed Pro to get more reliable people. As for customers, please be aware what you are paying for.

What a frustrating experience we just had with Weed Pro. Our yard is in much needed care, so we hired Weed Pro based on their reviews. We weren’t impressed with their first visit, since they showed up before the given time window as I was leaving to go drop my boys off to school. I told the guy I was coming back in 15 mins and if he could wait for me so I could speak to him about a plan of action, but he said he needed to leave right away and was on a tight schedule. They texted my husband a few times and we just decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to yesterday, it was supposed to be their second visit to our house, so I was on the lookout for them all day. At 4:24pm, my husband received a generic text message saying they had completed a treatment. My husband quickly checked the ring cameras and realized there was no sign of them anywhere. Neither the front or back camera picked him up and if he was there to do a fertilizer treatment, the camera should have picked him up multiple times. We called to address this with the manager and they defended their contractor saying he was their most reliable and trustworthy guy, defending their contractor and dismissing the notion that no treatment had been done multiple times. They asked if we had a sign on our yard and we did, which is right where there’s a blind spot on our Ring camera, so the contractor must have not even bothered coming past that point. I realize cameras sometimes don’t pick up everything, but for BOTH cameras to NOT pick him up, when both cameras clearly picked up our lawn guys cutting and trimming the front and backyard thirty minutes prior is frustrating. If their most reliable and trustworthy guy did anything at all, it must have been at the speed of Sonic. We are getting our money back but wish we could have seen a different outcome.

If you trust somebody to take care your lawn - you assume they are professionals who know what they do. For the last two years our lawn became thin and yellowish. Technicians made treatments and left a generic comment like “Shadow killing bermuda”. You know what - it’s apparent Weed Pro is killing bermuda! They didn’t do treatment correctly: because of our lawn structure and soil condition the fertilizers should be applied in granulated, not liquid form. And NO TECHNICIAN for two years reported it to us or to management! Eventually they said: from now on your lawn will be treated with granulated fertilizers. We were looking forward to the next treatment - they appeared a month late and sprinkle the lawn… Fired them right away…

I wrote a review for this company several months ago in regards to issues with customer service. I took down the review after speaking with the owner and giving them another opportunity to do better. Initially, I left this company 2-stars. After a year of service, I'm leaving them with 1. My biggest issue with this company is - they say that they have issues getting ahold of me via phone call, due to my service (my Google Fi subscription doesn't always ring out incoming calls). I called in and asked them several times for someone to just knock on the door so I know when 1) someone is servicing the yard and 2) I need to let my dog inside so she isn't stepping in the chemicals/tracking them in the house. I get texts the day before service with no time specified for the service (and they've not shown up for an expected service twice). A few times now, technicians have stated that they've knocked at the door. Neither myself or my husband hear the majority of these "knocks". And it's been an ongoing issue. They mentioned a lady opened the door to let the dog in, and neither me or my husband were the individual the technician interacted with (even though the work statement was left on our doorstep). So either we're lying or they're lying. No timestamp was left on the statement of work receipt. Couldn't even confirm to you if the technician even serviced the yard. If you have pets like I do or even if you just want to be able to monitor service requests performed on your property, I advise to stay clear of this company.

Avoid them at all costs. I would give them 0 star. Weedpro provided us a quote in February for fungicide treatment at $76 per application and the total of $228 for three applications. We gave them the green light to proceed but their crew didn't come to apply the 1st application until April. Our lawn is ALL yellowing and rusting one week later. They left the invoice of $96, which is not what was agreed upon. We are not happy with the wait, hassles, and the results we received.

Overall poor poor experience. I've given them way too much latitude with my lawn service. I repeatedly have to call them to come do service. They missed a service a few months ago and it took me 4 calls over 6 weeks to get them to do the service they missed. Then I asked them to do liquid aeration a couple months ago and they never did it. I'm done with this place. My lawn looks terrible and I'm better off doing it myself. Can't be worse!

Poor service and treatment of my yard - avoid! I was a new customer and returned home after the second treatment and there were issues. No treatment signs were put in my yard and I have a dog and there are many dogs in the neighborhood and these signs are necessary. Upon further inspection, I noticed that one of my sidewalk lights was pulled out of the ground and dragged to the fence. The light is scratched and dented. The service person caught it up on his or her hose and just kept dragging. I am sure there was some resistance on the hose but he or she must have just kept pulling until the light was pulled under the fence gate and the hose released. My lawn also looks poor in many areas with very spotty growth and many weeds. I was willing to give them some time to address that but after the above poor and unacceptable experiences, I terminated my service immediately. I have zero tolerance for this type of disregard for my property and my dog. I notified the main office and never heard anything back. Unfortunately, I think this is standard operating procedure for this company. I urge you to really think hard about hiring them as there are many better alternatives.
