the team is consistently on time and very cordial. they do a thorough job keeping pests away. the reason for the two stars is that we recently had a yellow jacket infestation. while they came out and identified one of the sources, estimated the treatment and followed though, they failed to identify a second source. they provided a 30-day guarantee, but when we called to let them know it’d been a couple of weeks and we were still seeing bees, they came out and identified that second source. inste

Very disappointed with the Wildlife Protection Services. I called Arrow today and it is now taking weeks for them to come. I requested an activity check after seeing a hole in my soffitt. I have had issues with flying squirrels in the past and with the help of a friend, we were able to catch them using sticky pads (that we purchased on Amazon) photo attached. I will once again call a friend to check in my attic since Arrow is not coming until weeks later. Arrow Wildlife Protection has not

I had a wildlife exclusion contract with them for years. Ended up getting a new roof on my home which was up to code. Arrow used this as an excuse to cancel my warranty with them and offered to reinstate me for another $1500. They were using an obscure portion of the contract to invalidate the warranty.
