Well it's unfortunate I have to give such a poor review but considering what has transpired recently I think people need to know the facts about this company. It's worth noting that they used to be called Peachtree but are now PURCOR. I initially contacted Peachtree several years ago to get a quote for service. Two months went by before I heard back from them but decided to go ahead with their service anyway. For the last several years the service was great. Michael who is local to our area

If I could give Zero stars I would. After receiving bare minimum service while rates continue to go up I have been over charged by $100 the first time and now anouther $49. After 3 weeks of getting the run around and being told my account was 3 months behind which it was not and has never been it was their error. Finally get a refund just for them to turn around and charge my account again for services I HAVE NOT RECEIVED!!! I have had nothing but issues since the company changed from Peachtree

I was informed that someone would be at my house between 8am and 10 am. I called at 9:45 am day of service to see if someone was still coming on scheduled. I was informed that they would have the tech reach out to me. I got no call. I called again at 11am to be informed a manager would call me back. No call again.
