Bug House Pest Control - Warner Robins

Joshua Wood and Eric Williams are amazing! Josh is very thorough at making sure he does everything necessary to get rid of unwanted bugs and rodents. Eric did a complete walk through inspection of my house both interior and exterior to tell me exactly what I was dealing with and also informed me of what all a termite bond consists of. They are both extremely knowledgeable in what they do and have excellent customer service. Highly highly recommend!!!

Bug House pest control is absolutely incredible! As a real estate agent and wife of a local builder they are top notch and are always are go to when it comes to anything pest control related. Levi and Jon are always one call away and are easily accessible for any questions you might have. Lanette is nothing short of amazing when getting our new construction builds or my clients on schedule for treatment. Such an easy, streamlined process. Eric is also excellent as I have worked with him when termites were discovered at a listing I had. He did a wonderful job walking the seller through next steps and providing us with what was needed to get us to the closing table. They get the job done and they do it right! Amazing customer service!

We have had them out to our house multiple times paid out the ass and got no improvement. I feel they need to guarantee there work in stead of keep charging for them to not get the job done the first time Don't recommend them at all!

Robbie is our tech and he is always early. He even takes the time to greet our dog when he enters the house. He answers all our questions and makes sure we are satisfied as customers.

yesterday, the a/c was cleaned. the technician found 4 dead mice. i instantly called bug house. we use their services since we had this house built. no response. this morning i called the number on the bill. no response. i left a message, asking for someone to come out TODAY. after several hours nobody called us. so i called back. than i was told someone would be able to come out on novem.27 that is 10 days from now. after saying something about that, i was put on hold and after several minutes was informed, that someone would be here at 2pm today. yes, please. than i received a phone-message to call the office. no answer. i left a message. no answer. than i called back approx. 2.30pm. no answer. yet, they take 70!!!!!! dollars every month from my account. like clockwork. this is bad.

Don't have a contract with this company, never heard of them before, never had contacted then. Move to a new home few months ago, yet I'm receiving renewal and past due notices on a regular basis. Not the right way to earn my business!

I am giving this business a 2-star rating because the techs are very courteous and professional, however the ladies in the office will harass you and call you at the most inconvenient times even if you tell them you will call them back when you have the time. They have very shady business practices and will bill you as if you had service done. The lady then tells me that I am in a contract with them because the builder who built our houses used them, and that I will need to pay them $500 to have them come out twice this yr because I did not use them in 2020. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Customer service is horrible and pest control does not work at all. I had a better experience in Milledgeville than here in Kathleen.

Shady business practices. Sending new homeowners "account statements" showing $275 past due for sentricon renewal. Never have used this company, yet getting sent bills.

They came out and sprayed with little to no effect. Roaches still roamed free. I contacted Troy to come spray again since the first spray did nothing, and he began to ignore me. Much better off buying roach killer off of amazon.

I don't use them for pest control but today 10/25 about 3:30 one of your vehicles, a red Chevrolet coupe was going south on Lake Joy speeding in the school zone and texting! I wish I could have taken a picture or called you guys but I couldn't at that time. If you're employees have that much respect for the law, especially in a school zone I won't do business with y'all!

I do computer work in the local area and yesterday I was at a client that had Bug House out as they were not happy with the roaches that were visible after treatment. I was running some cables under a desk that had a hole in the wall and I needed to pull from the other side of the wall and when I came out I found someone under that same desk I was just laying under. It was the Bug House Pest Control guy. I said no way, I'm working in that area. He claimed that he only put a little bit of spray. After he climbed out and I laid back down, I found my arm and shirt moist with obvious bug spray. I spent the afternoon and evening debating going to the hospital as I felt so bad. I suspect I had an allergic reaction to the stuff. I feel better today but must confess I am concerned about long term effects. I would not have chosen to laid down in bug poison, then again, my client's computer was not able to work until the wires were back in place. Something that took all of five minutes max. But it appears the Bug guy was so worried that he might not be able to spray that area and it might cost him a bit of time, he had no concern about what health effects in might have had on me. He may claim this stuff has no effect on people but... it is designed to kill living creatures, it can not be health to lay in it. Thanks for the bug treatment Bug House. I will be sure to never use you guys in my House!
