My lawn had been completely overtaken by weeds, and with this new service I know that my grass is going to be back to perfect in no time. Jermaine was able to work quickly abd efficiently, and my dogs, which bark at a stiff wind, did not even notice he was here.
The Company was very professional and thy do and did a great job. Highly recommend

My yard continues to have weeds even after complaining about it. I’ve had King Green for years but this has been the worst I’ve seen my lawn.

Unfortunately, I did not get a good experience today. I watched the job being performed today and did not feel that weeds were sprayed properly. Felt as though he rushed to do the job. Will not make a payment until someone else comes out and spray my yard correctly.

I just called King Green on Thursday and said I would use your company. I had not heard anything , no scheduling department , nothing. Saturday morning after a severe storm. I had a text message notification that someone had been to my home. They did not ring my doorbell, did not meet me. This was my first application with this company and all I got was a text after the fact saying that they put dry fertilizer on my yard to please submit 25.00. I will be canceling this service Monday Morning

Ever since Whitley Lawn Care sold out to King Green our lawn has never looked worse. I'm embarrassed for anyone to know we pay to have our lawn look so bad. So many bare spots. And now we have patches of moss growing. If they had been applying lime this wouldn't have happened. Grass grows better in our flower and shrub beds than it does in our lawn. They've spilled weed killer on the grass, taking several weeks to recover from. I've just cancelled our service. We're getting zoysia sod installed in a couple of weeks and I do not trust King Green to take of it.

Hello Pamela. I am sorry you were unhappy with the service we provided to you. Lime is part of our program. We applied it to your lawn every year. Do you have a lot of shade in your lawn? Typically moss grows best in wet areas, without sunlight. I'd love to have a manager review your lawn, but understand that you are currently frustrated with us. We wish you only the best.
The worst! Not only does their product not work, they have extremely questionable billing practices. I regret using King Green and wish I had never seen their advertisement. Terrible service, terrible product, terrible people. Lots of other companies in PTC that do the same work and care about the community.

Our lawn service works best when we are able to come out on a regular basis to treat your lawn. Additionally, it can take up to a full year to see the results you are looking for. We are showing that you only received three treatments, and they were sporadic. We'd love the opportunity to work with you again. If you're ever wanting to try our services on our recommended schedule (every 5-8 weeks), we would be happy to to treat your lawn again!
