I can't in good faith give this company a good review this is after using them for our business for years. I decided to use them for my personal residence when we bought the house we wanted someone to spray inside and out before we move in we knew we had water roaches from the lake. So we paid the $186 dollars to have three services in the same month to break the egg cycle. So July 3rd Juwan came out. I wasn't there but doors unlocked with other people working in the garage. Oh My! My Customer Service Rep for a returning customer is in Ohio. When you call you may get a rep from anywhere in the U.S. and not in your city even though the number looks like a local number. Good luck getting any help if they charge you and don't complete the work and the problem still exists. The rep will put it in the system to get someone to contact you in a OVER A WEEK from when you call about a problem you had with there work not being completed. Call a local company! They ripped off

Have been their termite customer for over a decade, using the Byron, GA office. Experience with annual examination is spotty. They text you to inform you when they have decided to show up -- but then, don't. I called service number, who could not get in touch with Tech supposed to be doing the work, and who could offer me little more than attempt to reschedule 3 or 4 weeks from now (but representative was very pleasant). This has been my experience at least 4 times during the contract. Comp
