Stay far away from this company. Call Northwest Exterminating or anyone else! I was quoted $99 to start and $56/month for two rental properties and sent an agreement to sign. After they visited both properties, I was told they had “undersold” the service and could not treat the homes at the agreed upon rate. I am a long-time Active Pest Control customer in Georgia and paid annual termite renewal fees every year. No service was performed in 2024, despite full payment. In 2025, I was told service could not be completed due to weather on one day only, and no attempt was made to reschedule for the remaining year. We have used Active Pest Control for 20 years and have been relatively satisfied until today. We called last week and explained the problem and an appointment was made for 0800 this morning. The person came out and said they “didn’t handle that” and we needed to go to Walmart and figure out how to do it ourselves.
