The technicians were super nice and paid attention to details. Solid Green Lawn & Landscape has customer service in mind and strives to satisfy everyone. Their lawns look the best!

While the reviews are great, the actual interaction is unprofessional. If this company can’t force you into every service they offer, they have no interest in doing business with you. That info will only come out after you waste time gathering information so you are informed. I reached out for pricing on aeration and was told they could provide that service independently of other services. This was confirmed by their office manager. After three emails asking for details about the chemical treatment applied after aeration and schedule, the owner, Russell, replied with the response “seems like you want to pick and choose services that we offer. That is not how we do things and it seems that we might not be the company for you”. Yes Russell, all customers only want the services they need. That is why I clarified with your office manager. Seems like y’all have a leadership issue. I would not recommend working with this company.

I have been using Solid Ground Lawn and Landscaping for many years now. The condition of my yard prior to using them was basically weeds and bare spots. When I first started using them I didn't expect a whole lot in the first year due to the terrible condition of my yard. After the end of the first year, 98% of the weeds were gone and the grass really started filling in the bare spots. I was quite impressed. I've been using them ever since and have recommended them to friends and neighbors as well. It's not too late to save your yard! I have used other companies prior to finding out about Solid Green and the results were not near what I received with Solid Green Lawn and Landscape. If you are considering a company for lawn weed control, I highly recommend Solid Green Lawn and Landscape. You won't regret it. Get on their schedule now as the very important 1st pre-emergent application is coming up soon. This treatment will help prevent many of those spring and summer weed seeds from germinating and giving you a head start on a better looking lawn this spring and summer. My yard is certainly the best (and biggest) on the street. I get a lot of compliments from people just walking by comparing it to a golf course. Hey, I just have to mow it. Solid Green Lawn and Landscape does the hard part.

After having my lawn infected with brown patch disease, TruGreen was called and came out and said they needed to kill all grass and start over. I agreed. Then the grass came up and got infected again and Trugreen said they would treat it and whatever they did killed my lawn again. After hiring Solid Green I've never had anything but a lush beautiful lawn. Kudos to Russell and his team. I won't use anyone else? You shouldn't either.

We’re happy with Solid Green’s services for the most part. There are some areas that could improve, but overall, very happy.

Solid Green has been treating my lawn and flower beds for the last 5 years and it has never looked better. Results have been amazing! Their team is professional, prompt and very responsive. Always on schedule and always on time. The results speak for themselves. If you want excellent lawn care from a professional team at a great price, this is it!

When I needed to cancel my service for the winter due to financial reasons the owner told me he would not renew my service in 2025. He obviously is all about the money. No concerns about the customer.

I have been using their service for few months, but not impressed with the way my backyard looks, I see more weeds than grass. Uploaded the receipt for you

I unfortunately have to update my review. Solid Green was not clear on services to be rendered upon initial sign up. Maybe naïve on my part since I had not been provided with a lawn service before, but I was told I would sign up for 4 weed services since we were in a rental so we had a planned service with a discrete end at the end of our contract for the residence. Solid Green continued to provide service and add charges to the account and has reached out for payment. I was told what I was described upon sign up is not a description of service they offer. They then proceeded to say I should have known because there is a note on every invoice saying it is automatic renewal--this is incorrect, it does not show up on online invoices which I was reviewing. Hopefully this miscommunication was an error during initial sign up, but I do not know if it was purposefully misleading to get additional clients. I asked if the additional charges could be waived due to the miscommunication upon sign up, and was threatened with collections, so I gave into bullying and paid. I guess I am disappointed overall, but as a recommendation for anyone signing up for Solid Green, I would record the call and read the fine print on the invoices (I never signed up for for a subscription based service) to make sure you know what you have actually agreed to because it may be different than what you are told you are agreeing to.

Never called before they came as promised so I could mark my sprinkler heads in my yard. Then aerated my lawn and busted 2 sprinkler heads from the machine hitting them. Never even mentioned they were hit. I then had to hire another company to com out and fix them. Costed me more money and had to have them replaced.

My grass don't get as green and weed are grown ing

They are good but they keep raising their prices. Some of us living in the subdivision are considering going for another cheaper company. Saying you have not increased for the past 10years shows an unbelievable statement. It was increased last year and also increased this year. That's within 1year.

I have been using Solid Green for three years now and during that time Russ has worked with me to keep my lawn looking it’s best. It hasn’t been the easiest task because of my grass type but Russ has always taken the time and brought in other people for advice. Through it all I feel Russ has figured out the formula and my grass is healthier than ever. Russ has gone above and beyond to figure out my lawn and assure I am a happy customer.
