While the reviews are great, the actual interaction is unprofessional. If this company can’t force you into every service they offer, they have no interest in doing business with you. That info will only come out after you waste time gathering information so you are informed. I reached out for pricing on aeration and was told they could provide that service independently of other services. This was confirmed by their office manager. The soil builder is not available as a single service outside of our current customer base. You informed us the price we quoted you for aeration service was higher than your current service provider and you wanted to use them, which we totally support. It shows loyalty to your current service provider and it saves you money. Our soil builder service is a propitiatory service that I have been working on for over 5 years. This and many other services are what set us apart from our competition.
