We have had the termite stations for years. Good service . We decided to change to a different compsnc. Called and spoke with office lady and said we were asking to cancel service but in no way we're unhappy. Yesterday two technicians came to mmy house to remove the stations. We live in a wooded neighborhood near water and have used Arrow for about 3 years. Our first tech tried very hard to control the ants and spiders. He told us to trim trees near the house and hide the pet food in a storage bin. They charged us extra to get in the crawl space under the house. We did all of that with minimal improvement. Arrow Exterminators has really changed my household for the better! I have been using them for over 2 years now, and my family and I have seen such an improvement. Pests and rodents have been at a minimum to almost non existent. You don't realize how stressful it can be to feel violated by things in (and outside) your home that are NOT wanted until you actually go through it. Thanks to Arrow, I am no longer reluctant about visitors to our home. Kevin and Mitchell are AWESOME!
