DO It Yourself Pest Control

Excellent customer service every time I have been here for one of our units. I truly appreciate the expertise offered as soon as I walk through the door. I love to support a local business and this guy rocks it!

If you are at all hesitant about trying something yourself, you need to get over that and go talk to that intelligent, very helpful man. I used his advice for a rodent problem 4 years ago and just came back for my friend's mouse problem. He showed me how to set and release a new model mouse trap that was not expensive at all.

I've been to him before that is why I went back. He has excellent products that work!! And explains what you need to do and how you need to do it properly. He has what you need for pest control at a good price, and is very pleasant about answering any questions you have I recommend him highly

The man here that I have known for a very long time is committed to educating his customers. From day one, when I walked into his store he has always given me professional advice and this is extremely important when you are handling these kinds of products. I have been buying his products for over thirty years and in the process, I have become a pro at eliminating all kinds of Florida pests. Newest Edit: Incredible news! We applied the treatment and the roaches that have been tormenting us are GONE! And we are only two weeks in of a three week treatment. I just left the store with a product in hand. I’m sharing this now, but I haven’t tried the product yet. Absolutely amazing. I was greeted by a man who was able to ask questions that immediately identify my situation (German cockroaches), provided very clear instructions and a picture of the issue, had a product you couldn’t get in a regular store, and I simply cannot explain how well he presented the information of how to perform it safely. The product isn’t just what I came in for, it was someone who had a razor sharp understanding of the product so that I don’t end up poisoning my family. I was skeptical that there would be such an easy way to rid myself of these bugs. I will apply exactly his instructions, and even if it doesn’t work, I know that hiring a company for a lot more $$$ would not have done any different than me doing the work myself.

Knowledgeable, informative, honest evaluation you can trust. Take a specimen sample and find out exactly what your bug is and exactly what you need to treat the problem. A do it yourself solution at a reasonable price.

My dad use to go there the guy was great I will never forget him asking my dad do you want to feed the German cockroach or kill them? (My dad had gotten some things from a friend and didn't know the guy had roaches my dad was not happy. ) I'm sure him and my dad bantered back and forth over the years,my dad loved that. We bought stuff to kill them. I have used this knowledge in our bar business in Ohio I appreciate his knowledge.

They are very knowlegable about their business. They know what works to get rid of bugs.

It is my place to go for sure. The owner is very knowledgeable on about any questions you my have. He has helped me out everytime. From yellow jackets to German roaches. Which are very hard to get rid of. When you have fruit rats he'll recommend the right way to get rid of them. Every question I've ever ask him he's had the answer. He also carrys sprayers and about anything else you would need in controlling pest. What I really like is he will talk to you one on one listening to everything you have to say. The only place I go for advise.

Not easy to find and the staff didn't seem to know what it was

I’m sorry I think this guy is a con man. He sold me $60 of regular baits and 2 baits to stop reproduction and I should see less German roaches and they should be gone in 2 weeks. Didn’t happen and when I called back he said he had told me if they weren’t gone in 2 weeks I should come back in and buy more from him. He mislead me by telling me the roaches would be gone then told me he said I would need to come back in 2 weeks when I called today. A true rip off con man

First of all he did not tell me my dog would be attracted to the scent or smell of the traps so my dog tore into the bag I had hanging off my chair at the house and chewed every single trap did not offer any help or reimbursement for any of the product and I simply will never go there again bad for business

Needed to get something to take care of bugs in a property I recently acquired, the man at the counter didn't acknowledge me, only my male friend. When I spoke it seemed like he wasn't interested in what I said, only my friends. Completely shocking how sexist that man seemed. The recommended products worked though.
