David Edmunds is the most knowledgeable pest control provider I have ever met. He throughly checked our home for roaches and applied his "magic". We saw results immediately! David returned several times,using different methods to ensure that the problem was solved quickly. You may call him David,but around here we call him Superman,because he is our HERO!!

The people they send to your house will lie to your face to try and up-sell you on services. Cancelled service on the spot when one of their scam artists tried to point at known wood rot from moisture and the beginnings of a mud dauber nest I watched being built last weekend were in fact "termites". Either you are lying to my face trying to get more money out of me, or you don't recognize the handiwork of termites as an exterminator. Neither are acceptable.

Everything seemed to go well. The day he come for the initial spray he told me they do not spray inside if there is not a problem. I tried to argue that. Called and was reassured they would spray inside as that is what I am paying for. Still nothing. He was suppose to come spray my yard and I side my house the 2nd time. The technproceeds to call me and tell me he and the boss have come to the conclusion that my problem is a dead animal somewhere and that I need to call the county. He then proceeded to tell me that I need to spray straight clorox bleach out on my patio to kill fleas. Mind you I made it very clear we rent. My patio has indoor outdoor carpet. Now what is bleach gonna do??? Needless to say I believe they just want my money and not deliver. I paid for my yard to be sprayed for fleas. Inside the home and outside. He told me if he don't inside it would be a $200 add on charge. This is not how you do business.

They did fine the first few months but then, I started having a number of very large and smaller cockroaches around the house. Once I called and had them come for a special treatment. It helped a little. then this last month I had a lot of large cockroaches as well as some small ones so I called in desperation. The woman, I spoke to promised me that, although the provider could not come that day, he would certainly come the next and do a special treatment. With stick ons on the floor or on walls because this is a significant problem that should not be. He did not show up the next day or any days after that. Then I received the text notice that my regular spraying was due on Friday and my worker would be there sometime during the day.. However, it is late Sunday now and not even my regular provider has come to spray. as I prepared for bed tonight I was greeted by a very large palmetto bug in my sink. It’s time to change pest control.

WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. CUT YOUR LOSSES AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We did the monthly servicing option because we started seeing too many spiders in the house, and a few roaches. After the first treatment, I’ve seen zero spiders, and any other unwanted crawlers that I do see are already on their backs. Highly recommended this company!

Don't use them. I've had a termite bond on my house in Tallahassee with Pauls for 6 years... This year they sent me a letter, saying my bond didn't cover all species of termites and if I want "full coverage" my rate was going up. Then it took their office 3 months to stop sending me invoices, for coverage I told them I didn't want.
