We had an inspection and the inspector requested that we spray the tunnel before covering it up, i needed someone to go out asap! Stevens company was recommended to me and i am so glad he was. On December 19th, they came to fumigate the apartment I was renting. One of the workers took my son's PS5. When I called one of their employees, he told me they knew nothing about it. I told him I had called the Pembroke Pines police and given them the company's name and phone number so they could investigate. I also contacted the association that has a contract with this company and alerted them to the situation. After 30 minutes, the worker called and told me that the PS5 had turned up, that one of the workers had taken it and put it in the company's truck so it wouldn't be damaged by the chemicals they use. When he returned it to me, I gave the police the worker's story. He said his name was Hector. I then checked the device's serial number, which matched. When I plugged in the PS5, I realized it had been formatted, erasing all the digital games I had bought for my son. I contacted the Bell Pembroke Pines Residents Association, who in turn spoke with the company owner. He said he wasn't going to do anything because it was the employee's version of events versus the tenant's. What do you think?

This company came out to my home and did a thorough job. After they sprayed outside the home the worker came in and it started raining. He informed me that the rain would not wash away the solution. He sprayed the interior. The next day there was not one bug in sight outside. The day after I saw many dead ants where they were coming into the house and several dead roaches. I will definitely call them again for maintenance.

The worker from this company who services the X Miami building was extremely unprofessional. He blamed me for the pest issues in my unit; and even went as far as being dismissive when I expressed concern and stated that eggs of the pest were found in my bedding, in which I disposed of immediately and informed him of this. When he found a nest of the pest in my former unit, he joked and laughed about seeing ones that were alive instead of killing the pest immediately and being urgent about the matter, as I was very concerned about preventing any chance of an infestation. Most unprofessional pest control worker I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Avoid at all costs.

I have no pest issues in my apartment. This is great news, and it seems that Priority Pest Control does good work. The issue I have is that I have no contract with them, but my apartment building does. That building allowed Priority Pest Control into my apartment without notice, which violates both the lease and state law. I'd recommend Priority to double-check the work of the buildings they work with as to make sure that the management isn't asking them to enter units illegally.
