I rarely complain about a service, but I must say that the service provided by this company to fumigate my house was terrible, and I don't want to let that happen to anyone else. They did nothing. They were at my house for no more than five minutes, and of course, the cockroaches and cockroaches didn't disappear. I called to complain, and it was as if nothing had happened. A month later, they did send the "reinforcement" to collect, and I returned them. They charged me for the service for doing absolutely nothing.

Excellent service. Very honest. Answers all questions. All great qualities to have in a business with so many dishonest. One two tree is great. If I were you, I would stop looking and hire them.

Great company to work with. Reasonable prices. John Cross is polite and professional. He is very prompt an always send the same technician, Keniel to my house. Keniel is very polite and take his time to ensure that I am satisfied with the service. He addresses all my concerns and never rush through the job.

I work with John a multitude of properties and he is amazing. Coordination and communication is awesome with John.

We bought our home in September and upon move in we found a few German roaches. I found Paradise Pest control and explained my phobia of roaches to John. He immediately came out and within a week we had zero signs of roaches. It’s been almost a year since we moved into our home and we have zero issues. I did see two outside American roaches (Florida problem) and I called John and he was out the next day. His professionalism and knowledge is exactly what I was looking for with a company. I highly recommend!

Great response to any issues, competitive pricing, and field technician takes ownership of lawn care

I have been using Paradise for about a year now, and have no complaints to date. I have used 3 other pest control companies and for multiple reasons they all ended up causing headaches for me. John is great to deal with but I typically don't have to because they show up when they say they will be there and do what they're contracted to do. Pricing is very fair and competitive as well.

Highly recommend them for your fertilization. I have not used them for pest control. I was so tired of trying to clean all the weed in my yard on my own that I knew there had to be an easier way. I hired them starting back in October and I don't have one single weed at the moment. My grass never, ever looked any better. I knew there had to be an easier way, hiring them. Keep up the awesome job.

John is just amazing. John has taken care of us for many years. Ever since I switched to Paradise Pest control I have had very little pest problems and the few problems I did have (due to heavy rain) John was great! Made me wait for an appointment. John called from the gate and my wife could not answer as she is at work, I told John I could drive to the gate to open, and he rudly replied that I would have to work with someone else...
