We have been using Vale Pest Control for many years and we are always delighted by our experience with them. The individuals who come to our house are professional and courteous. Would highly recommend Vale Pest Control to anybody.

Overall I was happy with the first lawn treatment with Vale. Both Techs were very friendly and considerate, Alan was more articulate explaining what he was looking for and what type chemicals he would be using for treatment. I did see them applying both the spray and granular and although I only caught a small area of application, they seemed to be very conscientious to apply evenly and everywhere. When completed, they used a blower to remove the excess granular from concrete surfaces (thumbs up). I did kind of expect some added feedback on maybe future watering instructions post application (too much, too little) and/or advised of any evidence of problems like fungus.

I have been a customer of Vale Environmental service for several years. Their level of service, responsiveness and communication is amazing. Jonathan and his staff personally answer customers questions or concerns when they need. Billing is easy and they are great about sending out suggestions about irrigation and other tips and advice that can effect the health of your lawn and shrubs during rainy or dry seasons. Vale and its staff are always sure that the needs of the clients are being met. My lawn has never looked better and I strongly recommend them every chance I get.
