Ian was super nice, we had a little mixup and he was super understanding and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any sort of pest control needs, I won’t go out of detail, but The mixup was not their fault, it was all mine, and they were just super gracious about it which I really appreciated. It’s not too often you have someone that’s understanding like that and just gracious with people nowadays
