Prior to selecting Rat Patrol, I was extremely anxious and uncertain about what company to use to address the rat problem in my attic. After reading the many 5 star reviews of Rat Patrol I decided to give them a try. My experience with Kevin of Rat Patrol was incredibly satisfying and one I would highly recommend. Kevin was very professional in explaining all the steps of the process toward irradiating the rats from my attic which included sealing the opening in my roof and the other outside perimeter areas of my home. Based on quotes I received from other companies, Rat Patrol was hands down the best price for the top shelf service that I received. Kevin was extremely personable and gave me a sense of assurance that my rat problem would be over very soon. I would highly recommend Rat Patrol and Kevin to anyone who has a rat problem they want to get rid of quickly and efficiently.

VERY detail oriented in their approach to the whole issue of rats in the attic. They very thoroughly inspected the entire home, including the attic, looking for every possible entrance into the attic and living areas, then showed me images of every opening - no matter how small - they found. They sealed up each opening and set up snap traps in the attic areas, and will come back every few days to check on the traps. Edit, to add that two days later, they came back to check on the traps and found three deceased rats in the two attics, and also repaired some holes the rats had made after they had left on Monday. Very happy with these folks. They stand by their work, and are and were extremely pleasant in their interaction with us.

**UPDATE 2/1/25: After Kevin "sealed" my house, I continued to get rats in the traps in my attic. I called Kevin and he said "your house is sealed. If you are getting rats, they're coming from the neighbors." As it turns out, my house had a perfect hole for the rats to enter that was under the eaves and that Kevin missed! The company replacing our siding found it without much trouble and THEY sealed the hole and I no longer have rats. I gave Kevin almost $1,000 for nothing! DO NOT USE HIM!! Kevin treated me and my time with respect. I appreciate that.
