The service that I paid for was not fully provided to me, which led to a dangerous situation for my two pets. The company initially apologized to me and offered me a 50% refund to compensate for the poor service. That was almost two months ago, and I still have not seen any refund. When I call, I am always promised that my money is coming and that I will see it in 1-2 days, but it never comes. Protect your pets and your money and go with another company.

Had a wonderful experience with Eric and this company installing a termite protection system around my home in East Orlando. I have been using this company to treat my Clermont FL Pro Vista lawn for over a year. They had a great service tech by the name of Jorge that was very knowledgeable and took pride in the service he provided. When he left that was the end of any reasonable service. I have had to replace my SOD 2 times due to bug damage. The service tech is in and out of the yard so quick and the cameras hardly ever capture the work being done that is stated. I constantly have to have call backs and now there is insect damage again in my lawn. I had a supervisor meet and walk the property with me weeks ago and they were suppose to send out a tech the very next week and still no one showed up and the insect damage is getting worse. I am firing this company and warning the public. Its not worth the time and frustration dealing with this company. Either do it your self or get someone else but at this point I am paying for a service i am not receiving and its more frustrating to deal with them than to do it myself.
Absolutely terrible company. They promised me my WDO report would be ready the same day as the inspection, which was the only reason I went with them. After the inspection was done, I called back and suddenly was told it would take up to five business days. This bait-and-switch has now delayed our closing and is costing the homeowner extra money out of pocket because they couldn’t keep their word. On top of that, when I called back to get answers, Roslyn was flat-out rude, dismissive, and actually hung up on me. That’s the level of “customer service” they provide. Unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. i have called over 12 times in the last 6 hours one person keeps passing it over to the next very bad customer service
Just had a salesman who was at another quote stop by after I asked him to come look at something. Wonderful guy, seems well educated and a great human. Definitely considering going with this team!
Worst pest control ever. Not just once but five times I’ve wasted taking off work early to have them no show! Called the office and was lied to saying they were on their way. Don’t use them, they are not detailed with the spraying. They are in and out within five minutes. I’d don’t even want to leave a star but I had to. Shame on your crappy service team for not being honest!
I found termites dead, inside my front door. Called ,asked for free inspection. Zack came , after a hour and a half, said it would take 3 days, $5000. Called a termite company, within 5 minutes , told me they are not termites, but winged ants! Told me to call a exterminater . Says he sees this all the time.
My company uses home paramount although everyone is great. Matthew our tech is absolutely amazing and he is always a pleasure to see and interact with. Austin our sales manager is quick to respond and is almost always reachable which in peat crisis is very much appreciated.
Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I wanted to leave a review for a person who represents this company; whose expectations impressed me more than I expected. I do not want to bore you and write a book/journal here, yet it will be long. So, please do not be bored. I read reviews for everything now as it helps me greatly with my decision making. To be honest, those reviews have actually been on point. If you are seeking a company for needs of Pest services and not sure who to choose? I recommend Home Paramount Pest Control. This was my experience with Home Paramount Pest Control. I had 5 corporate larger companies quote and provide estimates for my home and providing a free inspection in my home. What impressed me about Jesse Inabnett (Home Paramount Pest Company) what his attitude towards his work showed me. This man came to my home the day after the hurricane hit with his home in shambles unlike us east Orlando with no damage unlike him he was an hour away where the storm hit. He (Jesse) still came to my home for the inspection. As I mentioned earlier; I was freaking out about these different types of bugs here. This man did not show any nastiness, rudeness, or foul mouth with me; not at all. With his home still needing to get tended to due to the hurricane hitting up north Jesse was one of those people who showed up for work and to do this inspection. Jesse had no electricity and I didn’t ask or get into details but it was definitely something to want to stay home for. Yet, He was on the schedule to work the day after the hurricane and that is what you call loyal, hard working, no hard feelings, or taking this personal, his dedication to his employer shows you what type of person Jesse Inabnett is. His attitude towards his work is on an entirely different level. Jesse’s dedication professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional service are truly appreciated. My experience with paramount pest control was incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory. Not only did they charge exorbitant fees for their services, but their customers service & effectiveness in controlling pests was abysmal.
The rep came to my apartment not knowing what service he was coming for. When i confirmed the service he said someone else was going to come back later that day. Now my apartment complex is saying that they have not responded to her about when they will come out. Not sure whose lying but I'm writing reviews for both. I've had this issue since moving back in December.
We signed up for pest control and lawn fertilization, the first service went well however the second service no one came yet we were billed. Called customer service and they said the tech came and showed us the bill where he signed the date/time service was done, stating he rang doorbell and no one answered. We told them that we both work from home and have cameras and the tech never showed up and no signs were placed in the yard. They then changed the story saying it was a computer glitch.....lol Anyway we thought to give them a second chance since they offered to send out a supervisor with the tech. That visit went well but then looks like the computer started glitching again....lol Now 1 year later and our grass looks almost dead and cobwebs and bugs in abundance. We gave up and canceled them. We had to call in 5 times to get it canceled.

The customer service of this company is terrible. We wanted to be sure we would not be bound to a one year contract before even trying them out. We were assured by Ed that we could cancel at anytime and were not bound by a year's contract. After reading the terms and conditions and reading a couple of negative reviews I requested the cancellation at anytime in writing. Ed told me he would contact corporate and get back to me. Since I hadn't heard back from him I called and was told he was on the phone with another customer and would call me back. After not hearing from him by 4:00 pm I called again and this time was told he had not been in the office today. Thank goodness I had not given him a credit card number when he requested it when setting up our appointment. Giving the credit card would constitute acceptance and we would have been bound to their year's contract. People, please be aware of what your customer service representative tells you and don't accept just a verbal from them. You will spare yourself a lot of time and aggravation.
Not a good company. We had an agreement with them which started at the home show. The first visit was fine then they suppose to come in three month I started getting more spiders than I originally had. They came again to spray nothing still lots of spiders. I started receiving a bill and took me 3 month for them to cancel and they came back since I continue getting bugs now they spray inside my house and left drippings in my just painted walls and they have not done anything about it. Since December sorry guys that is not professional.
I have been using this company for a little while and lately their scheduling is awful. They schedule you whenever they want and then when you call to change it they never change it properly. I’ve asked for notes to be put on my account for times I can never do and they don’t follow it and still schedule during those times. We have had a service scheduled by their live staff on a Saturday and waited all day and called for them to say they don’t do Saturdays. They apologized and were nice so I let it go. Now this time I wasted another day waiting only to be told they kept it scheduled on the day I had specifically called to change it from. I’m over it and will be switching to another company. Which is awful because our technician is always so nice and wonderful. Too bad the scheduling department isn’t as wonderful.
