I recently worked with Terminix and was thoroughly impressed. When I got confused about scheduling multiple properties, their customer service rep, Brian, quickly figured it out, coordinated with the on-site specialist, and made sure everything was handled in one visit. Ali Bastidaderas, the technician, was friendly, explained the process clearly, and spoke Spanish, which made things easier. They even considered my veteran status for a possible discount. From the moment Eric N. started servicing our home, it was night and day. Not only were all of our problems solved, we have had none since. Eric is extremely professional and trustworthy. He has great communication skills and regardless of if we are home or not, I can always trust that the service provided will be top notch. I get so many solicitors try to offer their services to us, but Eric has been the one reason behind us sticking with Terminix.

Eric Newberry is a wonderful Tech. Always very friendly and professional when he comes, does a great job protecting our home. Very courteous when calling us to remind us of the date of his arrivals for treatment as well as very thorough when he comes.We love having him as our tech! Would give more stars if possible!!
