We just purchased our home at the end of October. This company was one of a few that were highly recommended as a great inspection company. Well, let me tell you, we paid for the 4 point inspection (most costly) and as soon as we moved in, we found nothing but problems in our house. The biggest one we found was a wet wall in our master bathroom closet, which looks like it was from a leak somewhere that we now have to find, another was replacing the water heater on the 2nd day we were moving our stuff over, mold behind the dishwasher, and I feel like everyday we find something. I even contacted the company about the water heater and they told me when they inspected it they saw no leaks 😡 Our whole garage was flooded!!! The picture I'm showing is of the master bathroom closet 😨😭 Very disappointing!!!

Recently got an inspection from this company. Their report is incredibly detailed. However, that’s not why I’m leaving a positive review. Their level of customer service is incredible. It’s great to see a business really care for their customers. Thank y’all so much for everything!

Recently bought a house and am not impressed at all. On the 4 point inspection report issues with internal wiring & roof issues were not listed. They marked off that the AC was working but it obviously isn't (~8 year old AC unit) left on all day at 72 but house never goes under 80. Also missed that their was no water line set up for fridge (ice / water hook up). The 2 stars is for the effort and time but multiple things were missed and now we need to pay out of pocket for all of these. Would suggest using someone else. Edit: So water heater isn't up to regulation and all the hot and cold water faucets/ showers are wired to be the opposite. None of this was found or noted. Reduced to 1 star since at this point, I am wondering what they even did inspect at all.

Great service! They were very thorough and provided detailed documentation and pictures of the entire inspection. When walking my wife through everything they found, they clearly explained what was needing to be fixed and what was just some maintenance stuff. For the latter, they provided guidance on how it could be easily fixed and monitored moving forwarded.

David and Kevin were wonderful! They were thorough and walked me through everything they found. They even have ideas on how to fix the minor damages/ normal home wear and tear. They were very patient and answered any questions I had as well as explained how to look for leaks and termites myself for later on.
