Amazing Home Inspection company!! If you need a home inspection, feel free to call Alex from ABS Services Inc. He and his wife are very friendly, very professional, and extremely throughout in their work. This is far the best inspectors that I had.

Life-saving Home Inspection...Ignore previous review from a disgruntled Seller's adult child, home sale fell through and they are not happy...ABS/ Alex saved us from purchasing an uninsurable money pit nightmare home. Home was misrepresented with numerous and serious defects, including mold spores on air quality test. This was a comprehensive inspection, with excellent photographs. Alex was honest, professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgable. We will never buy a home without Alex's inspection! Some things can be repaired, but other things cannot, such as hidden and life-threatening dangerous mold spores. We are extremely impressed with ABS Services, Inc.

Run away from this place...Can't figure out how to get heat coils to come on from therm, labels furnace as bad...takes picture in garage of dirt on floor after a box was moved and call it stain with unknown cause...walks on hot roof reducing life and take pictures of himself bending back shingles...puts in pictures of "evidence of water intrusion" of window that aren't even from this house...says screen in open "bird cage" door bottom seal weather strip is wrong, da, yes that is how the rain gets out...plus other cosmetic items...this causes extreme animosity between buyers and seller...do not use this guy...many other good inspectors out there.

Alex and his wife are amazing at what they do, they are super knowledgeable, thorough, and veterans in their craft and industry. Their services saved us from a resale home that would have easily cost us thousands of dollars in repairs had we not discovered those hidden issues with an inspection ahead of time. Even on a new build home that we eventually moved forward with, they were able to find hidden issues, faults and code violations missed by city inspectors which again saved us from thousands in out of pocket costs had we accepted the home without an inspection. 10/10 recommend ABS Services Inc. as they're a small business that will take care of their customers because they work for themselves. They will always be the first ones I call should I have any home issues or need their expertise. You definitely want them on your team. Thank you to you both!

We used ABS Services twice this spring.We walked away from the first house based on the contents of the report, which was detailed, thorough and professionally prepared. Alex leaves no stone unturned in his inspection, and if there are any issues it seems like he will find them! Great communication throughout too. Highly recommended!

ABS Services, Inc. completed a home inspection for a home buyer client of ours on Monday, April 8, 2024. Their attention to detail was impressive. Their report is excellent - much better than many other home inspection reports that I have seen. I highly recommend Alex and ABS Services. I, Sidney Galloway, earned my Florida real estate broker's license in 1998. I've seen hundreds of home inspection reports, met many home inspectors over the past 26 years, and attended hundreds of home inspections. Alex and ABS Services, Inc are as good as any that I have ever met. We were introduced to them because they had submitted all the requirements by the new home builder to meet to qualify to inspect a new home build. The builder actually gave us 12 possible companies. I researched them all and selected Alex and ABS Services, Inc. Not only was I not disappointed, but I was and am thoroughly impressed. All buyers who purchase a new home should get an independent inspection from an inspector like Alex or just use Alex. He covers much of Central Florida.

This company refuse to move less than 2 lbs box from my garage to inspect my electrical. Ox and attic. Toys as well. Bc they would charge me 200 extra if they have to come back. Instead of talking to me to see if they can move it? I have purchase 6 houses, that means 12 inspections. First time I have to come back from work to move boxes. Also, this is the first time an inspection get so personal even screaming, yelling from their part. And I keep telling them to lower their voices and they didn’t do it. I have to walk away. Very very un professional. And I can’t post the yelling.
