Church has a quarterly contract but will come sooner if something crops up. Felix is very friendly and through when he comes. I called yesterday and he was ready to come but I was out of town. So he came today the agreed on time. I wish all techs were as nice!

Our store has seen a huge difference since he started servicing it. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the people he works with. I work at the Tractor Supply in Brooksville and our service technician Phil is “THE MAN” very very professional on top of providing exceptional service. When he started coming here due to the issues we had it was a big overwhelming job, since he has been coming we’ve seen much improvement. I cannot express what a fantastic service Phil provides. Not only that he is an outstanding guy to talk to and is just an all around great person. We LOVE Phil over here at tractor supply. Keep up the good work. #weneedmorePhils :)

I hired the company to treat for pest inside the home and for rodent Extermination. I paid an expensive price for the rodent extermination and it took months for them to do all of the inspections and seal off all of the entrances. Then they added traps in the attic and decided the last four months of my contract that no one would show up in spite of constant phone calls, and text messages. The company has lots of turnover and no one seems to know what’s going on. The last person I spoke to was very rude and said he has no messages from me which I have the detailed messages. I left for three different people and copies of my text messages. They left a rodent in the trap and never came back out to get it. The contract expired in April and they never showed up from October through April. Service is terrible and I would not recommend them. Too many other reputable companies that do what they say they’re going to do.

Our condo association has contract with Terminix to complete inspections throughout the year. We have 20 units. However, each time we schedule for all units to be inspected, the technician shows up stating he only had one unit on his schedule. Complete disconnect between the call center and the local service provider. We have tried 3 times to get inspections. They have our money but won't provide the service. I've been told they are working on the issue and someone will be in contact within 24 hrs, but no contact. Called on four days in a row and they keep saying they have escalated the issue abd someone will contact us within 24 hours every day, I get this response with no follow up. At this point it's a breach of contract and we have requested a refund. But again, someone will be contacting me within 24 hrs and the issue has been escalated again. Very bad for business. We obviously will have to go elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. I sent in a consultation request and then canceled it also stating I did not want to reschedule at that time. I then received a call from their office, a lovely woman who asked if I wanted to keep my scheduled appointment. I relayed to her no, I would like to cancel it completely at this time. Then I had a gentleman call me, sounded like a tech from the road, asking me if 9-10am Friday morning was still good. I replied, “No, I have already canceled that appointment and I do not want anyone coming to my house. I do not want to reschedule.” His reply was, “oh sorry nobody told me.” Lo and behold, Friday morning comes along and as I’m getting out of my shower, I hear my dog barking and my husband speaking to someone at the front door. I throw on my robe and go out to the hallway to see a Terminix representative standing in my hallway. I looked at him and said, “Sir, you need to leave. I have asked twice for this appointment to be canceled.” He relayed that nobody told him and apologized, which I did not believe. He also tried to say, “Oh is your problem resolved?” To which I responded, “Sir, that does not matter. You need to leave now. You should not be here at all.” The audacity of this company to ignore customers requests and show up unannounced is ridiculous.

this has been the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. After being for five years, and having my treatments done every month on my home, my treatments failed, and my home got termites in it. Terminix was responsible for the fumigation because it was covered under my termite plan and four times they canceled and rescheduled my fumigation and then just never showed up and canceled it completely. After a long drawn out battle for four months, I finally canceled my service and now I am pursuing legal action against them. Would not give me the option to speak to the local branch manager, so I could straighten the situation out. Many people called me back and then never went any further. Many phone call calls that were not returned. Overall, just a horrible experience and a waste of $5000 over the years. Also, my initial review on this page was deleted so here it is being posted again and it will continue to be posted again until this company is either shut down or rectify the issues they have caused
