I’ve been working with this company I believe since 2015 They are always very professional yet very kind and caring in the same And I’d like to give a special shout out to Chris. My last service I was running a little late and I called the office to let them know that if they couldn’t wait for me that was fine. And Chris took the courtesy to actually wait the extra time to allow me to get back for our appointment. And in this day and age when schedules are so tight and often Techs or companies would not allow for that extra time Chris, in my opinion, went above and beyond by waiting for me! I would also like to acknowledge Melissa. She’s always always so sweet on the phone. Always very professional as well and even takes the time to write notes in my file about different dates I may or may not be available as well as reminding me when my payment is coming out. And this is just to name a few of the nice things that I appreciate with this company. . Also soooo important-they have kept my home pest free since 2015!!!

Excellent company. I use them for all my pest control, lawn maintenance keeping my lawn healthy and green. They are exceptional at paying attention to detail. As I business owner myself.. they are a notch above when it comes to customer service. I am very satisfied with the services they provide and will continue to use them for my home and business. I like the fact that you always have the same service technician. To me turn over is a direct reflection of management in a company … they set the standard in Highlands county for pest control services.

Prompt, courteous and reasonably priced yard fumigation

Do not use this company. Paid for them to take care of our landscaping with fertilization, pesticide, fungicide on a regular basis every three months. Most of our landscaping hasn't looked good in months and a lot of our bushes and plants have died. Just found out from soil testing there is no nutrients in our soil. The levels are extremely low. After talking to some other professionals. The opinion is if the fertilazation was being done properly the nutrient levels should not be so low. It is obvious what they have been spraying is not what they say it is. Its a scam. The owner never returns calls when there is a problem. Very unproffesional.

I'd like too give it more stars. It gets two because the call taker was friendly. Unfortunately i was supposed to get a call back from technician Chris. That was 5 days ago........... so instead I spent way too much $ getting rid of a rat problem myself.
