Jerad and nate came and diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Outstanding service with my irrigation system. A big raise in pay is what they deserve

I am so happy with how our curbing looks. Jose and Arriello were an absolute pleasure to work with. They do meticulous work and both were so courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful landscape curbing.

I called Curb-N-Scape and they came out one day and gave us a price to do the job of curbing around the house and pool area. They came the next day and had the job done before dinner. The two men that did the job did it great. Very friendly. Would highly recommend this company.

Tim did our structural pest control this morning and went above and beyond to solve my problem. He is an outstanding employee!

I agree with the other poor reviews. Almost the same thing happened to us. Stay away from this company if you have irrigation problems. Total rip off!
Provider response
Unfortunately, this review was expected. This project was such a hardship on every team member that had to associate with the client. The repairs needed here were due to a lightning strike / electrical failure and the client couldn't comprehend how once one issue was resolved (the controller), it then made visible the next issue (valve problems). We went out last week, we discovered the valve wire was cut. It looked to be cut by new landscaping that was recently installed. Customer thought that the rewiring should be done at no charge even though the cut wasn't caused by our company. This one star review was created once the customer was informed that there was an outstanding balance due.

Curb-n-scape installed concrete barriers around all mulching and trees to prevent the grass from spreading to the mulched areas. It looks absolutely wonderful. The team who installed were very professional and efficient. We also use this company to perform bug control around the house and yard; again excellent service. Thier prices are also very reasonable.
Provider response

Great job putting down curbing and rock, also use them for irrigation and pest control.
Tanya Henrie
Messed up well piping and would not correct without new billing. I already paid them. Interesting Curb-N-Scape can destroy a system & want money to fix it. A lot of “So sorry” but no fixing unless I pay them to fix it,
Provider response
Hello Ms. Henrie and Mr. Meredith. I noticed the review you posted about your irrigation system work.
We understand that your house was recently converted to city water and you no longer needed the house pump, filtration tank, and bladder -pressure tank. The filtration tank was removed and we tried to educate Mr. Meredith that left over house pump and pressure tank were also not needed to help support your in ground well pump for the irrigation system. These components are unnecessary for the irrigation system to operate properly. Once our technician was there, Mr. Meredith insisted that we use these components and reinstall them. Our tech then joined both pressure bladder tanks together as instructed by Mr. Meredith and connected the 3/4 hp old house pump, which is not contributing to the system output. Mr. Meredith stated that the irrigation system is operational as well as the additional spigot that was installed on the right side of the home. Mr. Meredith's only complaint was the old 3/4 hp house pump is not contributing to the system and also wanted the location of the pump changed.
Michael stated that a return trip out to move the pump would be at a charge for our time on site. Once again, this pump is not needed for the irrigation system to function. Mr. Meredith then stated that he would find someone else.

Had them recommended. When I bought my home the lawn sprinklers worked fine. It started skipping one zone. I was told by former lawn sprinkler mechanic that I needed a new indexing valve. I told their salesman and mechanic that. They said wrong and needed something else done. Cost me $750.00, did not fix my original problem. They came back and still insisted that it was NOT the indexing valve. Said I needed something else done that cost me another $350.00. You guessed it. Didn't fix my problem. Finally after almost 2 months they were here yesterday and replaced the indexing valve and the system seems to be working. By the way that cost me an additional $225.00. it seems their job is to convince the homeowner to spend more money than necessary. I won't be using this company again. I guess a $250.00 job just isn't worth their time.
Provider response
Hi Mr. Horst. As the owners of Bugs Bee-Ware & Curb-n-Scape we do not take it lightly that this review is a complaint and not a compliment.
I am in hopes this information will provide a better understanding of your irrigation system repairs that my company provided. When Michael met with you on your irrigation system problems, you shared with Michael that you thought you needed an indexing valve because the zones weren't operating properly. Michael is the owner of the business and a licensed irrigation contractor (not a salesman) so he wanted to see the irrigation system problems himself to evaluate the issue. When the sprinklers came on he noticed they surged with flow. Michael identified that there was not a steady flow of water from your well. This can cause an indexing valve to sporadically change zones due to pressure loss.
We provided a price in advance of the work to clean your well head of the mineral deposits that were causing water flow problems. After you approved the estimate, the well was cleared. We met with you again to provide a new quote to move some sprinkler heads to another zone. This was to equalize the pressure on each of the zones. You asked us to proceed with this work. The indexing valve did not show any skipping while we performed the above mentioned work or the follow up inspections. Michael explained that he didn't think it was necessary to replace a properly functioning part, but to keep an eye on it and let us know otherwise.
After a few weeks of the valve cycling properly, you called our office and said it had skipped again. When we provided the price for installing the new indexing valve and you became very upset with us stating that you just had to buy a new $8000 A/C system and you thought the irrigation part and labor should be free. We provided the price for installing the indexing valve and we were asked to do the the work.
As an irrigation contractor, Michael works to resolve the system issues and not just installing new parts. Whether the indexing valve was put on first or last, the well head cleaning and pressure issues needed to be resolved for your irrigation system to work properly.

Left our landscaping a mess. The curbing was ok but they didn't come back and put the river rock back in place. They tore up the underlayment and we had do redo all of it again. Not a happy person would not have had them if I had known the mess they left us in.
