I would give a zero star rating if I could. They lie and then ignore you. They claimed that I called and said I wasn’t sure I wanted to continue service in April, so they cancelled the next service n June, but kept billing me in the interim. When I call them in Sept when I noticed no one’s been out in a while, they schedule a service for Sept 23rd and afterward when I call as I never got an alert, they claim the tech said he came out. Have been using their service (pest and termite control) for over a year now. When we first moved into our home, we had an ant problem that just wouldn't go away. The technician they sent out was very knowledgeable and was able to get rid of the pest within a few weeks and we haven't had an issue with it since. Only problem I had was one technician they sent after I called about spider issues in the pool area. He didn't seem like he did anything. I went outside right after he left and still saw

I am a new customer to Bug Brigade and I am very pleased with their services. Michael came out and was not pushy at all and was very thorough and explained everything that they would do to help us with our problem.
