I would give a zero star rating if I could. They lie and then ignore you. They claimed that I called and said I wasn’t sure I wanted to continue service in April, so they cancelled the next service n June, but kept billing me in the interim. When I call them in Sept when I noticed no one’s been out in a while, they schedule a service for Sept 23rd and afterward when I call as I never got an alert, they claim the tech said he came out. I had the misfortune of having my house service by Orkin in Deltona. The service was very good however the Orkin tech stole two expensive watches from my house. This broke my heart ❤️. I can't replace one of the watches with out spending $1,400. What hurts me so bad I paid Orkin a lot of money so the man can steel from me . I called Orkin they told me there's nothing they can do .
