They are the worst. They lied about a service that could not have happened with not access

Horrific. If you are just dying for new sod to be turned into weeds, this is definitely your company. They fired one of their employees but decided to let them work. The guy filled their tanks with round-up. We spent a year letting them try to fix the issue. Our new sod is 80% weeds now. Our yard looks horrific and needs to be replaced. No one answers the phone or calls you back. This is the worst, most mismanaged companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Amazing service! I had a raccoon family living in my portico. I called CPM to assess the situation, they came out placed the traps and problem solved! Very communicative, affordable and timely! Highly highly recommend!

As a property manager and a business owner this is one of the easiest pest control companies to work with. We have a set schedule, they communicate well and we have eliminated issues in buildings we NEVER thought we would be able too. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional.

Longer story shortened as much as possible, I was unhappy with the service I was receiving from CPM. I reached out to the gentleman who sold me the service and asked him to come walk my property with me. He acknowledged that my yard should not look the way it did and he was going to have it retreated. After 3 business days I still had not heard anything so I reached back out to find out when it was going to be retreated. The response I received was that he was not sure as it was the end of the month and the tech I have was very busy. I am sorry but when a customer has already paid for a service that was not good, they should be fit in quickly. Also, there are other issues but this is getting long enough. I decided to cancel with CPM and wanted a refund for the last service as my yard sucks. I was told the owner would call me and to date a week and a half later I have still NOT received a phone call from them. I DO NOT recommend this company! To me this is very poor customer service. Please know, I do know all names involved but didn't feel that would be appropriate to call out.

Louis has been coming to our house for several years. He is awesome! We love Control Pest Management, as they offer a yearly fee but will come out to spray inside whenever it is needed for no additional charge. We highly recommend their services for your pest control needs.

They do an excellent job of controlling pests and are very reliable.

I went through 3 different companies before settling with CPM, and I’ve never been happier! I even tried the really well known ones (like the one with the duck logo) but nothing beat the price and service of CPM. I got their pest control service and lawn care. I often had pest breach issues with other companies but never with CPM and when I located the occasional summer pest, CPM would come in the next day to service for free, and their lawn care is great as well. For everything others do for twice the price, CPM does the same and better

This group does my pest and yard care. If I've ever had any questions or issues they are right there. I started with them for their low price bit have stayed for three plus years for their service.

Their Tech, Dale, is always on time and responsive to our needs. When we have issues, he does what it takes to ensure the service works!!

Just want to give a shout out to Dale. He has left written messages the last 2 months on tips of how to improve my lawn. This shows that he cares about his work and goes above and beyond his regular duties of treating the lawn. He has a great work ethic and I thank him for his suggestions. MC

Big big disappointment. Heard a few good things about this place but my rep , Bob wolven was most unprofessional.I see he put up a review here for his own company, lol. He stiffed me on 2 appointments and never called to re-schedule. I was treated like a third class citizen and Bob Wolven is the reason why. Buyers Beware of CPM bug killers!!!!! This guy wasted a good 7 hours of my time with no apology in sight,.
